Ingredients:
* 3 bananas;
* 300 ml of milk or kefir;
* 1 tbsp. of honey.
The banana is sliced, placed in a bowl of a blender, poured with liquid, honey and beaten to homogeneity. Here we go!
Banana smoothie with basil.
We will need it:
* 3 bananas;
* 250 ml of milk;
* 3-5 branches of basil (depending on how clearly you want to feel this note);
* 1 tbsp. of honey.
Separate the basil leaves from the stems that we do not need, finely cut and put into a bowl of blender. In the same place we send chaotically sliced bananas. We pour honey, milk and beat it to a homogeneous consistency.

Smoothies with banana, apple and berries.
Take it:
* 2 bananas;
* 1 large apple;
* 5-7 strawberry berries;
* 100 ml of milk;
* 1 tbsp. of linseed oil;
* 1 tbsp. of honey.
In a bowl of blender put berries and a randomly sliced apple (without peel and stones), beat. Add milk, honey, butter, sliced bananas, beat up again and pour over glasses.
Recipe berry smoothie
The soft drink can be made of absolutely any berry to your taste: strawberry, raspberry, currant, cherry - it depends only on your preferences. Even frozen berries will do, but they must be defrosted beforehand. It is an excellent vitamin bomb for the winter period.
So, we will need it:
* a glass of berries;
* 100 ml of kefir;
* 1 tbsp. of honey.
First, the berries are beaten in a bowl of blender. Then honey and kefir are added to them, and the whole mass is whipped together to homogeneity. The same principle of cooking also applies to any fruit you prefer.

How to cook homemade vegetable smoothies for your diet: recipes
For those who sit on a diet and regularly watch their weight, vegetable smoothies, which can be consumed on unloading days, will be perfect.
* Celery smoothies:
* 2 stems of celery;
* a large bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil, etc.);
* 200 ml of kefir;
* 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
Celery and herbs cut, put into a bowl of blender and beat. Pour kefir, butter and beat again to a homogeneous state.
* Cucumber smoothies:
* 125 ml of natural yogurt without additives;
* 1 medium size cucumber;
* Several branches of dill and parsley;
* a quarter of bell pepper;
* 3 sheets of salad;
* salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the vegetables and greens, put them in a blender and beat them. Pour the mixture with yogurt, salt, pepper and beat again.

The secrets of making the perfect smoothie at home:
* This drink has to be thick enough, so never add too much liquid. Then the flavor will be saturated.
* The secret of a smoothie's success is the homogeneity of its consistency. It will be really tasty, right if you don't get the pieces of ingredients. To do this, you must either be patient or buy a powerful stationary blender.
* Experiments are always good, but do not go too far in them. For example, if you risk making smoothies with strawberries and spinach, instead of a delicious drink you will get an unattractive look and taste of fat.
