Are you out of ideas for encouraging engagement and captivating your audience?

Here are 5๏ธโƒฃ QUICK content ideas for your next few posts!

๐ŸšจRemember to tailor these to YOUR specific niche and audience and then be sure to include YOUR answers so you can adapt this content to showcase what you are offering AND allow your audience to get to know, like and trust you more.

1. The good ol' FILL IN THE BLANK. (ie: Fill in the blank....My favorite social media platform is ___________.)
2. Let them pick a spot on the scale. (ie: On a scale of 1-10, how confident are you with your copywriting?)
3. Let them choose! (ie: Would you rather spend 15 mins a day on Instagram and see dramatic follower growth throughout the course of a year OR have one reel go super viral?)
4. The "Show Me" prompt. (ie: Show me the last photo you took to advertise a good or service you provide. I want to see what you've been up to!)

Day 18: I know we are taught to want ALL the followers and when that number climbs, we can't help be get EXCITED!

But --- this is your friendly reminder to REMOVE the dead weight, y'all!

Sure, having lots of followers seems great, but if your profile is crowded with 10,000 people who aren't really there to hear what YOU have to say, is it really worth it? If they aren't engaging with you then they are tripping the algorithm and actually causing more harm than good.

It's better to have 100 really engaged, IDEAL followers than 10,000 followers who will never care about what you have to say or sell.

It's time for some spring cleaning!

Day 16: Business Owners often ask me: Should I be on Pinterest?

The answer is YES!

Pinterest USED to be another social media platform -- and while it's still technically filed under that category, it actually functions as a SEARCH engine!
You should be on Pinterest if you want your products or services to be found. Period. End of the sweet little story.

๐Ÿ‘‰You can pin without blogs and you can pin without videos (although I totally recommend having those as they definitely sweeten the deal and help to increase exposure.)
๐Ÿ‘‰You can pin even if you don't have products to sell! (What about pinning service-based pins?! People want/need those, too.)
๐Ÿ‘‰You can pin with just an Etsy shop..or with just a website..or if you have both..or even if you only have an Instagram account and no other landing page *yet. (You definitely want to work on obtaining a shoppable site for yourself that isn't another social platform.)

๐Ÿ’ฅYou know the saying, "If you wait until the perfect time you will be waiting forever?" Well, consider this the saying for Pinterest. Of course having all your ducks in a row to propel your Pinterest account is IDEAL. BUT...you can start with what you have and grow from there, one pin at a time. Don't be intimidated! Pinterest and your ideal consumers WANT and NEED your content. So let's get it out there!

You still have the option to include a link preview, but as of right now, it isn't showing up when you compost the post -- but DOES show up once it's published. (Looks like the preview SHOULD be popping up to the right of the screen but for my Mac, it's not.)

One PROVEN organic (and actionable) way to increase engagement on your posts THIS WEEK is to spend time engaging with people you follow BEFORE and AFTER you post something.

(Think: give & receive!)

People are notified when you engage with them, when you go live, etc, and they will more often than not, share the love back to you in return. Hello, , yes, please!

If 15 minutes seems like a lot, start with 5 minutes...and track your results! Growth is coming for you! โค๏ธ

Day 9:
How to make sure your story backgrounds stay consistent with your brand colors on Instagram.

Statistics show that presenting a brand consistently across all platforms can increase revenue by up to 23%...๐Ÿคฏ

You brand colors help your audience identify information that comes from you --- and there are a whole slew of studies that explain how different colors impact peoples' thinking, emotions and even actions (think: shopping habits) -- so, my point is -- using your brand colors matters. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Here's how to make sure your story backgrounds match your brand colors (if your brand colors are not included in the preset colors.)

1. Upload a saved photo into your story from your camera roll that includes the color of the background you want.
2. Choose the pencil tool.
3. Click the color selector and hover over the color you want to "grab."
4. Press and hold on your screen with one finger. The color should appear on the entire screen.
5. Now go back to upload a photo from your camera roll, select it and then voila!

Day 7: Batch Create Content!

I used to sit down every day and begin creating copy for each of my clients...EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It would take me hours and hours.๐Ÿฅด

Finally after wasting enough time (๐Ÿ™„) I decided to make a content calendar and PLAN ahead. Having this plan in place allows me to make better use of my time because I don't have to switch gears so often. (I literally shaved off hours of work --- at least by 30%! ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿฅณ)

I can still alter content daily if needed, but at least I have a general outline of what we will be scheduling and sharing each and every day -- and that has been a saving grace!

Day 5: Overwhelmed by all the Instagram hashtag rules and not sure how you can come up with about 30 hashys per post?
(Yes, you should be using as close to the allowed 30 hashtags as possible because this is how people will FIND you when they search and you want to be found! ๐Ÿ‘€)

Save (and use) this simple recipe to have your optimal hashtags ready in no time at all.๐Ÿค—

For each post, include:
5-7 Very Popular Hashtags (I like to stay around 1 million or less here so you don't get lost in the Hashtag Sea.)
5-7 Moderately Popular Hashtags
5-7 Niche Specific Hashtags
5-7 Post Specific Hashtags
1-2 Brand Specific Hashtags

TIP 4: REPURPOSE that content!

It's SO important to watch what has worked for you in the past and then COME BACK TO THAT.

Sure, new content is great, but your audience will tell you what they want and need from you - don't be afraid to listen to them for the sake of newness.๐Ÿ˜…

Watch your high-performing content and consider repurposing that in several ways.

For example: one high-performing live (or youtube) video can translate into:
