We congratulate Dangote Industries, Nigeria, and Africa.

Special thanks to Aliko Dangote for this vision and for going above and beyond. He has succeeded against all obstacles for the good of the nation and the continent.

I respect people who build, like Dangote, but I admire those who acquire.

People presume that Dangote already had the resources necessary to construct the refinery. I can comprehend. Few people have this level of engineering and understanding of project financing.

Once more, congratulations to Dangote, Nigeria, and Africa. We are all grateful.
