Hello there! Kifi Kifek admin here. I wanted to share with you a personal story that is somehow unfortunate as it did not happen to me in Tunisia. I have contemplated mutiple times whether I should write this. But as I'm seeing more people reaching out to us and being vocal about their experiences, I thought that it is only fair and convenient for me to spill the ☕. I have been on an exchange program for a semester in England and to make it concise, I felt more liberated to voice out my sexual preferences whenever I had the opportunity. To be fairly honest, everyone were very welcoming and kind at first (it was an international university by the way). Until I met up with this Middle Eastern group (I'm not going to out their nationality), and I felt sick to my stomach. I have been a victim of cyber and in-real-bullying that ranged from mild slurs to triggering WhatsApp texts that made me question myself. What was more toxic is that I had to face these people and endure this for days (This happened 1 month prior to me coming back to Tunisia). I have been skeptic to whether I should report their homophobic tendencies to the Police which will entail an expulsion. Nonetheless I couldn't, or more like this person said "I'm a weak person in a foreign country". The reason as to why I'm writing this is that, I haven't spent 17 years of my life chasing my sexual identity and coming into terms with it just for "you" to say that we are "invalid" or that we are pretending to be "unique". Who would want such inconvenience to be infused in their lives? who would want to be part of a minority in a country that marginalises our existence? Bisexuality is valid and whether you believe it or not, we are not confused.

Hello there! "Kifi Kifek" admin speaking!
I hope y'all doing well.
This is to briefly elaborate on the aim of this project and the conceptual approach it should entail. First of all, "Kifi Kifek" is derived from a pitched idea that was put forth in a "Public Speaking & Social Media" class. Our teammates had all acceded to wholeheartedly engage in this scheme to bring an ostracized community to the surface of a bigoted society. We hope to be the voice of the voiceless by instilling a more accepting mindset in our social circles.
