Real talk?

It’s August & you can have excuses or you can have results.

This is the 2nd New Year of 2023 and I’m begging you not to waste it. Do you remember feeling defeated? Self conscious? Hiding in pictures? Hating getting dressed? Soothing with alcohol and numbing out with food. Telling yourself you’d start tomorrow, then feeling EVEN WORSE when tomorrow came?

Because I do and I’m never going back.

Maybe you’re there now? Take my hand. I don’t care if you’ve never started or you’ve started a million times and failed. Let’s start over together right now.

I’m doing a August Active reset challenge with my team of coaches and today, on Day 6 we are ALL
down 3-5 lbs. Me? I’m down 3.5lbs, getting in 3-5 days of moderate to heavy exercise, and taking my EEA’s. I’m simultaneously, building muscle while leaning down.

While my goals might be different than yours, that’s OK, I’m here to meet you where you are at right now. Take baby steps if you have to, just take that first step.

You CAN do this. You probably can’t do it alone. If you’re serious about getting results, I’m ready to be your coach. No one will fight harder with you for your goals than me.
