Sam Thapaliya, the founder of Zebec Inc., appears in this episode's thirteenth. Zebec is a Web 3.0 firm that uses smart contracts and the Solana blockchain to make it easier to move money from person A to person B within a day of sending a payment, as opposed to receiving a paycheck every two weeks. Sam started from nothing and achieved his entrepreneurial goal of reaching the pinnacle of success. Despite facing challenges, Sam persisted in his efforts to solve issues and present solutions to improve the world by working hard on the Zebec company and putting the company as a priority. Zebec's objective is to improvise the hardship of a person who gets paid in 2 weeks but instead gets paid in a day. Zebec wants everyone to use this platform to have immediate access to the money they earn from labor. The United States of America is their target market, but as they develop, they want to grow and provide services in other nations where receiving payment in cryptocurrency is legal. In this episode, we discussed how to define your true vision as an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur and running a business isn't always easy, and we frequently lose sight of our vision and the goals we set for ourselves. In this episode, we discuss the core values of an entrepreneur, such as staying on track with your vision and not falling behind. We want to educate our viewers on the importance of setting a vision because, without it, you will frequently feel as if you don't have a purpose in your goals. Setting a vision will help you deliver a lot of opportunities, so it is extremely important to set a good vision for yourself and always move forward with it, and never give up. He continued his career at Chaffey Junior College and the Globe Institute of Technology in New York City. He rose to prominence in New York City at Rucker Park, where he challenged players such as Allen Iverson to one-on-one games. In addition, he challenged Kobe Bryant to a one-on-one $50,000 match. He was named the Most Dangerous Streetball Player in the World by SLAM magazine. Furthermore, he began working as a personal trainer for NBA and collegiate players at various basketball clinics around the world.
