Guys - I had this whole plan for posting content from Hawaii for like 2 weeks after I came back but now I’ve posted about 4 pictures and I feel like we’re kind of done. You know?

I’ve always wanted to be a painter…

I used to be so jealous of the other kids that were called “creative”. How cool would it be to be artistic? To have that magical superpower? My school experience was super STEM heavy, like a lot of ours were, and though I don’t regret anything… I really wish someone would have told me I was creative.

I wish someone would have told me that everyone is creative, and each and every person has a spark of something that they should share with the world.

But I realized, it’s never too late. So I started exploring. I picked up watercolor in 2019, I started my podcast that same year. I began having fun with photography with my now fiancé, and I explored writing in my professional life. Now, I am trying abstract acrylic.

I was so proud to see the paint cover my pants, my hands, my arms. I was so proud to buy this $20 easel from Walmart. I was so proud when I sat by the window and just made a mess.

You can try anything, at any time, at any age. Everyone is creative. Find something that brings you joy just for the sake of it. Try, make a mess, make mistakes, and try again. Don’t be afraid to be a beginner, because it’s usually the time when your just figuring things out that’s the most fun.

PS. I took the Be Bold class by and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s affordable, it’s attainable, and it’s so much fun.

PPS. The last picture is the one Joseph took of me when I finished my first painting. I couldn’t stop smiling, so I am cheesing a little hard. He asked me what I was gonna call it, and I said “First Try”.

I feel like everyone should have this freedom. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to choose exactly what you want to do with your day, what you want to do with your life. Life has limitations, but true limitations are pretty rare. If you have a moment where you think "well I can't do that because...", I want you to really think about that because.

Practice asking your self...

1) Why not?
2) What Else can I do?

The amazing people that came had questions, they said they had lightbulb moments, they told me that they had actually learned something from what I said! Digital courses are the number one way to scale your business, your revenue, and your influence. Courses set you up as an authority figure, they give you a platform to teach, they create an accessible method for your customers to get your help, and they open up the doors for a recurring revenue stream.

Even if you don't consider yourself a coach or an educator, you can still create a digital course. Why? Because if you can teach someone else what you do, then you are in fact an educator and a coach. It took me awhile to realize that I fell under that category, but as soon as I accepted it I was able to help a lot more people than I was at the time.
