A jockey once won a race after he had died?

Frank Hayes was a horse trainer and stableman who won a steeplechase race at New York's Belmont Park on June 4, 1923, riding Sweet Kiss, despite suffering a fatal heart attack during the event.

He was 35 years old at the time and had never won a race before. Despite his condition, he remained in the saddle and crossed the finish line first, with officials realizing only after the race that he had died.

The Eiffel Tower grows in summer due to the phenomenon of thermal expansion. Thermal expansion is the increase in the volume of an object due to a rise in temperature. As the temperature increases, the molecules in an object move faster and farther apart, causing the object to expand.

In the summer, the Eiffel Tower can expand up to 6 inches due to the increased temperature, making it appear taller and more impressive. Although a seemingly small change, thermal expansion can cause remarkable effects, especially in iconic structures like the Eiffel Tower.
