হতাশ হবেন না
বারাক ওবামা যখন প্রেসিডেন্ট পদ থেকে অবসর নেন তখন তার বয়স ৫৫ বছর।
অন্যদিকে ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প যখন প্রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে শপথ নেন তখন তার বয়স ৬৯ বছর।
ঢাকায় যখন সকাল ৬ টা বাজে, লন্ডনে তখন রাত ১২ টা।
সময়ের হিসেবে লন্ডন, ঢাকার থেকে ছয় ঘণ্টা পিছিয়ে..
এতে কিন্তু প্রমাণ হয় না যে, লন্ডন ঢাকার থেকে স্লো (slow)!

পৃথিবীর সবকিছু আপন গতিতে এবং নিজ সময় অনুযায়ী চলে।
কেউ গ্রাজুয়েশন শেষ করে ২২ বছর বয়সে..
কিন্তু চাকরি পেতে আরো ৫ বছর লেগে যায়।
আবার কেউ ২৭ বছরে গ্রাজুয়েশন শেষ করে পরের দিনই চাকরি পেয়ে যান!

অনেকে ২৫ বছর বয়সে কোম্পানির CEO হয়ে, মারা যান ৫০ বছর বয়সে।
আবার অনেকে ৫০ বছর বয়সে CEO হয়ে, মারা যান ৯০ বছরে।
কেউ ৩৩ বয়সে এখনও সিঙ্গেল,
আবার কেউ ২২ বছর বয়সে বিয়ে করে সন্তান জন্ম দিয়েছেন!

মনে হতেই পারে, পরিচিতদের মধ্যে আপনার থেকে কেউ অনেক এগিয়ে আছেন,
আবার কেউ আছেন অনেক পিছিয়ে।
কিন্তু আপনার ধারনা ভুল..
প্রত্যেকেই তার নিজ নিজ সময়, অবস্থান এবং গতিতে আছেন।
আগে থাকাদের হিংসা না করে, পিছিয়ে থাকাদের অবহেলা না করে,
সব সময় শান্ত থাকুন।

আপনি এগিয়েও নেই, পিছিয়েও নেই!
আপনার পথ আপনার, অন্যের পথ অন্যের।
শুধু সময়কে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে পরিশ্রম করে যান..

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic News Anchor to join our dynamic team. You will be the important part in the creative cycle of Polli tv news broadcasting. As a News Anchor, you will be working with the News Producers, Reporters to gather information, analyze news, broadcast news and interview concern reporters and experts. You will be presenting the news stories, Political, Economic, Cultural, Social, other national and international current events to the audience in an informative, interesting and unbiased manner.

• To discuss with the news Producers, News Editors ,Reporters and other news anchors to be briefed on the routine and the day’s news
• Revising scripts and preparing them well to be delivered live

• Comply with the moral code of the journalistic profession
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of local, national and international affairs
• Understanding of the newscast process
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work on a flexible schedule
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines
• Good time management abilities
• Ability to analyze and broadcast news coverage for both television and Social media when required
