😷🇫🇷⛪️Today we discuss A Plague Tale: Innocence, developed by Asobo Studio and published by Focus Home Interactive. A Plague Tale: Innocence is about a PLAGUE in 1348 France where Amicia de Rune embarks on a journey to save her brother Hugo de Rune from an unknown illness - the macula - that her mom was trying to protect him from before being murdered along with her father and their entire estate by the Inquisition.

💊🤔🐀A timely game we played during our very own pandemic, A Plague Tale had us wondering: Have our attitudes and approach towards illnesses changed much since the 1400s and how? Do we attach attributes to those who get sick historically and today? The only unambiguous question, though, is whether rats are gross. Yes they are.

🧥🛳👿Little Nightmares is a 2.5D Side Scroller that features a protagonist in a yellow poncho, stuck on a boat where kids appear to be kidnapped to be turned into food for much larger, grotesque humanoids to devour.

🤫📖😱A fun, mysterious, and sometimes terrifying adventure, how did Little Nightmares manage to tell such a big story without any dialogue?

⌛️🖼❤️‍🩹Episode 5 wraps up the first series in a cataclysmic (and/or melancholic depending on your choice) finale. The episode doesn't hold its punches, whilst tackling themes of what it means to be an artist, what it takes to make a genuine apology, and what it takes to forgive others as well as yourself.
