Helping vet students learn ways to handle stress, prevent burnout, build good relationships with their colleagues and teams, and prioritize self-care isn’t just about having access to counseling, although that’s incredibly important. And mental health should be just as much a part of discussions about wellness as eating three meals and getting enough sleep.
