Official Announcement from Ragnarok Online Landverse Global: Regarding Compensation for the Recent Incident
Dear Ragnarok Online Landverse Players,
With the utmost respect, the Ragnarok Online Landverse team would like to inform you about the server disruption that occurred during the server merge process on July 31, 2024.
Incident Details:
Our team's analysis revealed that the primary issue arose from database incompatibility between the servers being merged, which significantly complicated data processing.
During the server merge, the system encountered technical errors while processing a substantial volume of data—over 150 million records. This led to delays and disruptions as we worked to address and mitigate potential errors before resuming service.
Compensation Measures:
To apologize for the inconvenience caused, we have prepared the following compensation for all players:
Tier 1: All player (accounts must be created before July 31, 2024)
- Server Boost : Exp rate UP x3, Drop rate UP x3, Death Penalty -100% (7 Day)
- Stamina Elixer 5 ea
