Having a blast at Mobile Tech Expo 2024! 🙌 Firstly, I presented twice this year, and had a fantastic time doing it! 😍
Thanks to the people who came up to me and gave me positive feedback.
I enjoyed having y’all in my classes.

Secondly, massive Thank You to everyone who has voted for me. I don’t want to forget anyone therefore, thanks to the PDR industry and our DentTrainer community. I truly appreciate y’all! 😊

Lastly, thanks to MTE for the wonderful memories year after year, and for putting something this big for our PDR and Detailer community. Seeing friends and meeting new people at this event is awesome!
MTE is going to get even more bigger and that is something to look forward to in the future. 🥰

Hi Folks, I hope y’all are doing well. It’s been busy on my end so I haven’t been doing or releasing two episodes per month. But, I’m happy to say that I’ll drop a new episode this week so stay tuned!

I’m taking it slow and relaxing to manage stress. We all need or could use some relaxation when things are overwhelming.

How do you manage your stress? It’s important to take a break and it’s okay if you don’t get things done all the time.

You have to be forgiving to yourself and just enjoy.

Once in awhile, we need to take a brake from our hectic life. We only have one life to live so take care of your mental health, your body, and emotions.

Every time I’m feeling overwhelmed, I think of a way to decompress. Going to the beach for a few hours and just listen to the waves always do the trick for me. Got a good shot of the fireworks we saw last weekend! 😊

I was craving a salad two days ago. 😍Have you ever had food cravings that you can’t focus at all because all you think about is the food that you want to eat?

Well, once in awhile I get those cravings. Luckily, my craving two days ago was for a salad and not an unhealthy food.

This salad was so delicious! It’s called Kale and Quinoa salad. It’s so healthy and it consist of the following ingredients, red grapes, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, red cabbage, red peppers, cheese, and champagne vinaigrette. It’s my go-to healthy food!

Eating healthy is so hard. You have to really discipline yourself from eating the tasty, unhealthy food that are bad for you. It takes a lot of self control to be able to resist eating the food that are bad for us.

Luckily, I started young as far as eating healthier. I knew that I want to live a healthy lifestyle since I was a teenager so I created good eating habits.

Therefore, I commend those people who actually make a commitment of eating healthy food every day. Being consistent is a big part of your success. It’s not easy, but it’s achievable. You have to set your mind to it. And every day that you achieve your goal is a win.

A win every day is good for us. When we feel good about ourselves, it empower us to do more and better. It makes us a better person in the long run.

The moral of the story is,…let’s start small on our goals. Make sure you set goals that are realistic and achievable. Don’t set goals that will fail you. Make it a win for you.

It’s been awhile since I went to a concert. Therefore, I was happy when I had a chance to go to Taylor Swift , Eras Tour concert! 😍

She’s an amazing artist and an exceptional boss lady! She sang 44 songs nonstop for three hours straight!!! 🙌
Her wardrobe changed was on stage,…of course they covered her to allow her to do this. She sang most of her hit songs, and right there was well worth the money! 🥰
Of course, going to is not cheap, but it’s worth every penny considering all the Memories We Made.

Yes, making memories should be a priority because that’s all you have when you leave this world.

Folks, life is a challenge every day, and it’s more challenging and fast paced for some people than others so don’t forget to hit the pause button and slow down. 😅
Take time to reflect on things, take a breathe, re-evaluate, make a change and live in the moment. ❤️

Life is short enjoy it while you can. We only have one life to live so make it amazing and memorable! 💯

Happy Friday! Since we came back, we dove into work right away. No time to waste! Multiple projects are in the works all at the same time. 😅

Yesterday was productive, I picked up my facial moisturizer sample. Testing it to see if I need more changes before finalizing everything. The brand “Logo”, and business filing are almost done, and my aesthetic packaging! 🙌
Got the good news that we’re officially a PPF distributor. 😎 Multiple meetings in a day is paying off with all the results. 😅

Oh wait, I almost forgot, 📣 Mega Media Event has a logo now. 💃
Did this real quick before our event. It only took one day to create the design since the idea was there.
