On July 9, 2020, police violently assaulted protesters. Many of these officers wore body worn cameras while concealing their identities.
Salt Lake City Mayor and Salt Lake City Police Department failed to investigate the police misconduct while some protesters faced life in prison for vandalizing property.
Mayor Erin Mendenhall, allow us to investigate the misconduct unhindered by the excessive and unreasonable fee that SLCPD has imposed on us. The records in question benefit the public and thus fees should be waived.
Mendenhall, please stop ignoring our email communications and respond.

Judge, prosecutor, and attorneys lie on record to jail innocent man and force him to plead guilty.
I rejected an initial $45,000 settlement offer in order to uncover more corruption within the system. I fought as hard as I could within the lawsuit until I was faced with the health complication of a family member. I settled in November but there is a lot more that will still be done to hold these people accountable as well as everyone who protects them.
Heather Chesnut and Daniel Torrence, both public attorneys, conspire to jail their own client in order to not go to trial. Both attorneys from Salt Lake Legal Defender Association.
District Court Judge, Katherine Bernards-Goodman, complicit and corrupt.

Exposing Roadside Blood Draws - DUI
Officer Geoffrey Kirk, from the West Valley police department, illegally stops a motorist for allegedly driving "too carefully".
Officer initiates stop and then claims he suspects the driver of being under the influence. He states he smells alcohol on the driver and conducts alcohol field sobriety tests and then proceeds to do a breath test. Breath test indicates no alcohol present.
After being denied consent to search vehicle, Officer Geoffrey Kirk illegally searches vehicle under the pretense of getting the driver’s phone.
He finds marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Officer then performs an unsafe and unhygienic blood from the driver. Due to the illegality of the stop, all charges were later dismissed.
