Kwajok Money Transfer Agent Attempt Su***de

Kwajok police reported that there have been incident of su***de attempt involving a young man called Aduol Akol Jiel, an employee of Kuangjak Money Transfer branch in Kuajok. The young man is survived his own attempt to take his life which is indeed distressing. It appears that he took drastic measures due to the news of a substantial financial discrepancy discovered during an audit.

It is important to remember that situations like this can lead individuals to extreme despair, often out of fear or perceived hopelessness. Aduol's decision to reach out to a friend on social media about his intentions highlights the importance of being aware of signs of distress in friends and colleagues.

It's encouraging to hear that Aduol Akol Jiel is still alive and receiving medical attention at Kuajok main hospital. In such situations, offering support, both emotionally and professionally, is crucial to help individuals navigate difficult circumstances and seek appropriate solutions.

This incident serves as a reminder of the pressures and challenges faced by individuals in various professional settings and underscores the importance of addressing mental health and well-being in the workplace. It's an opportunity for organizations like Kuangjak Money Transfer to evaluate their internal processes and support systems to prevent such unfortunate incidents from happening in the future.

A state member of Parliament called the decision made Kaungjak's CEO and officers to notify the employee without proper approach is unprofessional. Had this young man took his own life and later own he found not quality that would had been a disaster.

Busy Mangol Market In Mangol Apuk Overruns by Heavy Armed Nuer Men From Unity State

At 4:00 am, on 27th of May the peaceful community of Mangol was suddenly attacked severely. A rain of bullets landed on them heavily.

The attackers are said to be armed militia men plus other government soldiers stationed in the Unity State.

“They were shooting everyone they see, I was shot in my left leg, but my cousin was killed because they shot her in the heart” said a survival.

The yesterday attack is the third one in the same month of May.

The eyewitnesses confirms that more than 45 people are dead even though the commissioner reported 15 only. In addition to hundred of wounded women and children and thousands of heads of cattle raided. They also say there are so many missing children and adults which they cannot conform dead at the moment.

“We missed Governor Victor Atem, when he was a commissioner, things like these cowardice attacks do not happen”, said Deng Maluk, one of the survivals of May 27th Mangol Horrific RAID.

None of the governments made a statement neither Unity nor Warrap and the national government to condemn the horror attacks the Mangol Apuk faces for three days, but the Commissioner of East Gogrial wrote this condemnation statement.

It is more likely for Governor Aleu C. Ayieny to say something in the following few days. The men was appointed to specifically eradicate violence within the Tonj region of Warrap State but now he faces this new threat, the relentless violence attack of armed men from neighboring state of Unity.

Mangol Apuk is considered to be one of business area that bring together various communities from Unity and Warrap State. Now it has been distorted for rising insecurity.

Several human and civil right activitists across Jonglei call upon President Kiir Mayardit to start an investigation over this unjust brutality of the police within Jonglei. They believe these men were mistreated so they request the Juba authority to take action to investigate the Major general Mayen Akoon commissioner of Bor state police.

The me striped naked of clothes and the guards were ordered to badly beat these innocent men. They were tortured while naked in the public. This incident of power abuse that targeted only people from NBG is considered to be the first of its kind in the state of Jonglei but it is not the first time for people Greater Bhar Gazal to face injustice and tribalism in Jonglei State. Many people reported they are descrimenated and mistreated by the authorities and civilians in Bortown simply for being from Greater Bhar Gazal region.

The activists believe the torture these men have faced was a result of direct order from General Mayen Akoon, the head of police in Jonglei State Bor. It was not an accident, the head of the police ordered specifically the torture of these men who were selected based on which state they are originally from. Therefore, the police know exactly what they were doing and shouldn’t be said it was an honest mistake. They took their time to look for their target and then beaten and tortured.

They names of people who were badly beaten and tortured by the police were well documented by the civil rights watchdogs. They are currently in Bor hospital being treated for the injuries they sustained during the torture. Some of these men are in critical condition as some are suspected to have internal injuries.

After they were beaten and tortured, the police finally came out and announced the men were innocent of what they were accused of it. The men are said to be from NBG originally.

Another leaked statement that was allegedly to have come from Mayen Akoon is that he said to the men that he had beaten them because Aweil people are not good in general, they can steal and r**e women but I was wrong this time.

The civil rights activists believe this torture was a result of mere hatred and stereotype against Aweil people in general. They are asking the head of the police in Jonglei and his officer be fired and held accountable in the court of law.

The name of the men who were rounded and beaten while naked by the Jonglei police in Bortown are listed below.

Amb. Gordon Buay : Thomas Cirillo’s Followers Burned our Flag That worth 3 Millions South Sudanese lives

South Sudanese Ambassador In Washington DC is outrageous with the burning of the flag. A group of 12 to 15 supporters of Thomas Cirillo organized protest in front of White House. The NAS followers burned and walked on the South flag while shouting separation for Equatoria land and death to Dinka and Salva Kiir. That angered Ambassador Gordon Bauy who was just a couple blocks away. He wrote the following message to share with you.

3 million South Sudanese died for the flag burned on Saturday in Washing

A lot of South Sudanese called me to understand why Gen. Thomas Cirilo Swaka's supporters burned South Sudan flag at the White House on Saturday. South Sudanese were shocked to see their own people burning the national flag in Washington, D.C because they disagreed with the government. The flag they burned cost the lives of 3 million South Sudanese lives from Anya-Nya One to the SPLM/A.

I want to tell the people of South Sudan that the first heroes and heroines who shot the first bullet of the liberation struggle during Anya-Nya One were Equatorians. The South Sudan leader who signed the 1972 Agreement was no other than Gen. Joseph Lagu Yanga. It was him who trained Dr. John Garang and the present President Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit in 1960s.

I want to inform the public that those who burned South Sudan flag last week Saturday in Washington, D.C are not Equatorians. They are American citizens who masquaraded as South Sudanese. Their cultural values are completely different from cultural values of real Equatorians in South Sudan.

The South Sudan heroes like Gen. Joseph Lagu, Aggrey Jaden, Joseph Oduho, etc do not know those who burned our flag in Washington last Saturday.

Therefore, South Sudanese should not worry about those unpatriotic Americans who burned South Sudan flag on Saturday. Those individuals are not Equatorians but Americans who don't even know a region called Equatoria.

Singer Dinganyai and Ex-Wife Took their Fight into Social Media

The South Sudanese well renounced singer called Daniel Dinganyai made his first Facebook live video to clarify his side of story after his ex wife made a live video while locked up. The ex wife live streams behind bars claiming that her ex husband, Dinganyai locked her up because he wants to take away the two young kids of 6 and 3 years old, they both had together before divorce.

The wife claims that Dinganyai doesn’t live according to his songs which are mostly advice to the married couple. She said Dinganyai is an abusive man who called a police on her and instructed the police to beat her up. She announced through live video that she was stripped off fully necked before getting beat down by the police she assumed they might got paid by Dinganyai to beat and humiliate her publicly in Jebel Dinka Town before was taken to jail.

The wife demands she be released immediately because she did nothing to be put behind bars. She thinks she is behind bars because the father of her kids is a rich man who has enough money to bribe the police. She said she doesn’t have people to help her hire a legal help and she has no money. However, her Facebook friends promised to raise money for to fight for her freedom and the right to keep her kids.

The last video she made she was talking back to the policemen who apparently threatened to take away her cell phone and in the background you can hear the police asking her to end her lives video immediately. She replies, is that because he is a fanan ( singer ) and has money that why you don’t want me to speak against him? She then said I think they are coming to beat me up again and the live video ended up afterwards.

Dinganyai on the other side appears on Facebook live video for the first time in the history as he stressed. The singer claims he was forced to go live on Facebook because of the thousands of calls he received regarding the live video his x-wife made while locked up.

Dinganyai claims the reasons he wanted to take away the kids is that she doesn’t feed them and one day she made a threat that she is going to kill the kids and then take her life. Dinganyai said his ex wife started drinking and kept fighting him all the time. He said the wife broke his left arm before and chased him while having a knife on her hand.

Dinganyai didn’t deny locking his ex wife up but he stressed that the woman is the one abusing him and the kids and threat their lives that is why he divorced her. Now he wants the fully custody of the kids because he thinks the mother is not responsible enough take good care of them and she may kill them. I wanted to save the lives of children and raise them, said Dinganyai.

The fight is on and to this point we can tell who is honest to the public. Is the popular singer, Dinganyai, is right, or the mysterious ex wife is the victim? Her videos shows that she might had experienced some abuses. What you think dear readers? Should she be be released and who deserves our sympathy in this situation?

Peter Biar: President Kiir, Come Meets Me in the US Federal Court and Prove you are Innocent and Didn’t have thoughts to Kill Me?

Peter Biar, the man who fled to the US few weeks ago, calls on President Kiir to meet him in a US Federal Court and challenge him over the allegations he made. Mr. Ajak claims that President Kiir pardoned him but sent after him people to assassinate him in Nairobi.

He asked to be allowed to have asylum in the US by claiming that he fears for his life in any country in Africa. Ajak claims that his wife was also threatened with death by the Intelligent unit of South Sudan.

He is now made this unusual twit to invite President Kill to come and challenge his claim in the foreign court. He could easily go back to South Sudan and meet President, said one of the advisors.

Peter Biar was also a friend to Kerobino Wol who was killed but the South Sudan troops in the State of Lakes after announcing formation of the new rebel group. Wol also was pardoned by President Kiir.

Urgent Respond to the Disastrous Flooding in Jonglei State

Residents of Jonglei State report and share pictures they took by themselves the company condition poses by one of the most disastrous flooding the region has experienced in 100 years.

People are left without dry lands and have nothing to move around except to only swim in the water that is higher than any average five years old child.

So far, no humanitarian assistance has been provided to the people in those totally flooded villages.

The state government is yet to address the issue as it has not made any comment about it. The governor seems to have no clue what is facing his people. That is the same Governor who gave stronger speech last week and aired out so many astonishing promises to the people. He promised that Jonglei problems must be solved by his government and the people from the state itself. Now he has one to tackle so where is he?

The National Government has not also talk about the devastation of the flooding as thousands of women and children suffer in those fully flooded areas.

The region is known for having disastrous flooding during rainy seasons, and water doesn’t flow quickly into main streams of the Nile and take longer to evaporate.

The people need urgent assistance now not later because there is a possibility it will be raining heavily in the next few days and then the water level will further rise up. They urgently need to be rescued and provided with shelters, foods and medical attentions.

The public urges the NGOs, National and Local Government to give quickly give hands to the people. In addition, the South Sudanese in diaspora must should also act to respond to the conditions created by that disastrous flooding. We are all in this together so lets give them the help they need.

They believe this is an alliance between the Twice Bor tribe and various clans of the Dinka Bor joining with thousands Lou willing to carry out a joint attack on the Murle tribe from the largest Jonglei state.

The attack is a respond to the last month attack on the Luo Nuer which has killed a lot of people already.

Murle youths representative states that These actions do not serve the peace process and the stability of the region.

We agreed but the revenging games the between the communities of the Jonglei and the GPAA isn’t a one sided responsibility. In facts, both side have been going back and forth fighting each other for years.

The government has not addressed the recent Murle attack on Nuer Luo. We don’t know if it intervene or leave it for the warring parties to resolve their differences violently.

Community leaders of Bahar Gazelle in Bortown are calling on the authorities of Jonglei to rescue them and they urge the national government to look into the matter and protect them in Bortown. They also urge the people of Bahar Gazelle to remain calm and do not escalate the matter and must leave it for the government to deal with it. One man stressed that the tragic incident that occurred in Sherikat, Juba City, isn’t a war between Bor people and people from Bahar Gazelle living in Bortown. That shouldn’t be used to target us in Bor because it was between individuals in Bortown.

The Jonglei authorities have not addressed the issue of targeting people from Bahar Gazelle in Bor. This isn’t the first time for this similar incident to happen to people from Bahar Gazelle in Bor. Akot Lual: I didn’t and I’m not Fueling Communal Conflict Between Jonglei Communities

I have been accused and attacked by feuding groups from Jonglei who are fighting their own dirty little battles, but they want to drag me on their battles, using me as a scapegoat. To put things into perspective, the communal conflict in Jonglei among Murle, Lou Nuer and Dinka Bor is unfortunate. The conflict is affecting the entire country as a result. This communal conflict historically has its deep roots in tradition. However, in modern time, widespread and accessibility to deadly fi****ms among civilians has intensified the conflict in scale and degree like never before. The death tolls and destruction are devastating as it is unbearable. The solution to bring stability among these communities is to stop the conflict. Sadly enough, some people are frustrating peaceful efforts. They want the conflict to continue.

Worst yet, elites far removed from those communities in towns and Diaspora are the ones standing behind their communities in fueling the conflicts than providing a solution for peaceful coexistence. It is those elites with no concrete planned solution for peaceful coexistence and development who are trying to detract me from my noble efforts through negative smear campaigns. For example, the so-called Murle intellectuals wrote a long open letter disparaging me as Presidential Envoy for Peace in Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA). The open letter was replied by Murle intellectuals including David Yau Yau, dismissing all the allegations labelled against me. Some elites from Lou Nuer are accusing me and officials of NSS for supplying weapons to Murle and directing Murle attacks against the Lou land and people. And some from Bor community are warning that I am the only obstacle standing between them and Murle, whom they want to wipe out from the face of the earth. These negative smear campaigns are unfortunate at this time when all we need is to work together for a better future to our communities and country.

Now, practically and realistically speaking, how can I stand as a problem to these three feuding elites in town and Diaspora? In the case of Murle, my encounter started as a trial of uncertainties, full of challenges, risky undertaking, and determination and hopes to ensure peace. The country was on the verge of virtual collapse, as rebellion hit hard. I did not know General David Yau Yau or even saw him before I embarked to approach him. I contacted him and told him I was willing to explore peace with him. He dismissed me outright, but I persisted and told him I wanted to see him, in which he told me I will do that at my own risk. Transportation to his base in Nkongole was a nightmare. The pilot told me since there is no runway in the airstrip there, the plane can only be able to take three passengers.
So, three of us set to the uncertain journey, a translator, an aide and myself. On landing at the airstrip, we were detained by General Yau Yau forces for about forty minutes. Another contingent of soldiers came and drove us far to the bush for a meeting point under a big tree. There were seated a group of chiefs, men, and women. More scary a group of Riek Machar soldiers also came in, alleging to be bringing supplies, but they were kept separately. According to the translator, when Machar soldiers arrived, some of General Yau Yau soldiers were whispering that since we were government officials they will hand us to Machar soldiers. The threat was real, but we endured.

We waited for about two hours, seated in almost silence mode, where no one was carrying any sort of conversation given the large gathered crowd. Then, finally, General Yau Yau came and almost instantly, I was swarmed over by the soldiers, grabbing me all over, completely covering me. General Yau Yau asked them to leave me alone. General Yau Yau lieutenant, General Ali, started speaking, recounting countless accusations against government mistreatment of Murle people, particularly the state government in Bor. When General Yau Yau was given a floor, he started with insults, particularly directed toward Dinka people. I somewhat summoned some courage and interrupted him by challenging that he is not a leader if all he could do is insult others. I turned my attention to the chiefs and appealed to them on the importance of peace. The chiefs seemed convinced, one of them, who seemed most respected stood and spoke. He went on to touch General Yau Yau head in a blessing gesture. He then concluded by suggesting that General Yau Yau pursue peace with me and we should two dialogue alone in a separate location. To make the story short, the dialogue for peace started in earnest.

The end result was, we managed to bring a peaceful end to an otherwise deadly armed conflict in South Sudan, dubbed as ‘Yau Yau War.’ It was my efforts, which yielded the establishment of (GPAA) through a peace initiative led by the Church Leadership Mediation Initiative (CLMI). The CLMI was chaired by Bishop Emeritus Paride Taban, which resulted in the Agreement on the resolution of the Conflict in Jonglei state between the government of the Republic of South Sudan and the South Sudan Democratic Movement/South Sudan Defense Army (SSDM/SSDA-Cobra faction). For example, this resolution of the conflict establishes special development funds, “which shall be used for the provision of services, local road networks and infrastructure generally to bridge the gaps of underdevelopment in the area.”
I am not just involved with Murle, but Anyuaks, Jies and Kachipos as well—the communities, which I got deeply and passionately attached to over the years. Through achieving GPAA, the prospect for success among these communities is promising. My goal is to see to it that these communities are uplifted to be in par with the rest of the communities in sharing the peace dividends of our beloved country. Our country is not just for some, but for all to enjoy.

Recently, when I went on national TV and spoke that I am “protecting small tribes,” I don’t want that statement to be misconstrued by some of my brothers from the communities of Lou Nuer and Dinka Bor. When I was saying my mission is the protection of small tribes, it does not mean supplying them with weapons. Protection means, I want to see peace, development and prosperity among those small tribes. For example, getting an administrative area for them is a great political achievement, leading toward peace and prosperity. In the same national TV interview, I was asked to answer the accusation that I was extracting goal in Murle land, hence, my interest in the area. However, there is never anything of economic and monetary value in Murle land that I know of, which I can personally benefit from. My involvement with people of Murle, Anyuak, Jie, and Kachipo is purely driven by my passion and compassion to see uplifting of the communities in the area.
In my obligation and compassion, I never came short from helping the Nuer people either. Just in December 2013 war in Juba, I remember helping and saving the lives of over 500 Nuers. For example, the wife of Keribino Konyin Bol, Madam Nyandeng Chol Dut Akok called and informed me that some thugs were attacking the house of former minister Gabriel Changson. Without question, I immediately rushed, picked Changson and brought him to the residence of the president in safety. I spent my personal money, helping in transporting some stranded Nuer youth in Juba to go to Ethiopia. Those included the bodyguard of Ambassador Ezekiel L*l, T.J.

In July 2016, J1 battle, I received distress calls from those of Ambassador Ezekiel L*l and Honorable Alfred Lado Gore who were bogged down in the office of Honorable Mayiik Ayii Deng during the ensuing firefights. I had to risk my personal safety to rescue their lives. I ended up playing a big role in calming the firefights in J1 that day. The next day of the fight, I collected some SPLM-IO VIP and generals and put them in the Royal Plaza Hotel. I asked the National Security Service (NSS) to provide them with security; meanwhile, I catered for their accommodations and feedings. I put more than 150 Nuers in New Sudan Hotel. I told Amin Akasha to feed them and the government would pay him later. I put many more vulnerable Nuers during the battles in different hotels for their own safety. I risked my own life and used my personal resources as a result. I also used the house of Honorable Tut Kew as a centre for rescue and protection of those Nuers who were under attacks by some tribal Dinka armed thugs. Many more people who were witnesses of my acts could attest to these facts. People like Vice President Taban Deng G*i, Honorable John Luk, General Thomas Douth, Ambassador Ezekiel L*l, Honorable Alfred Lado Gore, Honorable Gabriel Changson, Honorable Yien Oral, General L*l Ruei and many more others will testify to these.

Similarly, with the Bor community, I am also doing my utmost best to see a peaceful coexistence with their neighbours. For example, when GPAA was first established, I advised General Yau Yau to develop a strong relationship with the government and people in Jonglei state. I personally took General Yau Yau to Bor, where he publicly pledged cooperation. The first good gesture to test that relationship was to trace and bring back abducted children of Bor. This initiative was warmly welcomed by former Governor of Jonglei State Honorable Philip Aguer Panyang. In that initial attempt, we collected a total of ten abducted children from Colnyang and I personally accompanied General Yau Yau, bringing them back to Bor. In that effect, the government of GPAA led by General Yau Yau passed a law severely punishing those who are caught abducting children. It becomes a routine under PAA to return back abducted children from as far as Central and Eastern Equatoria states.
However, this initiative backfired from within Murles themselves who accused General Yau Yau of being an agent of enemies by taking back children only abducted by Murle, but not bringing back Murles’ abducted children. As a result of their rage, three of General Yau Yau bodyguards were shot dead. So, we are always dangerously threading along with fire for the interest of greater good.

Despite the challenges and huddles, the relationship between Murle and Bor people has developed in a better trajectory to some degree. As we speak, Murle of Kumuruk and Mayabol have created a huge market with Anyidi, Bor South. Murle sells thousands of cattle to Bor people in that market. It is this kind of relationship that we want to see among neighbours. Credit goes to those current local government officials, from both Bor and GPAA who champion such peaceful coexistence.
So, where is my negative role now among these three communities? If all I am doing is assist and promotion of peaceful co-existence.

In conclusions, my goal is, I want to see an end to the senseless communal violence, cattle raiding and child abduction. It is through peaceful coexistence that development will come in for the benefit of all. Agitating and disparaging one another is not the way forward. Success can be achieved through cooperation and working together. I want to see my little efforts being practised and duplicated all over South Sudan, especially by my detractors. The overall goal should be peace and prosperity and together let us work for that and all must join our people peace wagon. I see the solution to the communal conflict in Jonglei as a long term socio-economic transformation, not supplies of weapons. That is why peace is the beginning of this socio-economic transformation.
