Many moons ago, I used to be teetotal. Through school and university, I never touched a drop of alcohol. It was always just ingrained in me that I didn't drink. The initial reason was simply that I didn't like the taste (okay so I had one drop), but then the reasoning kind of evolved when I started working at my Students' Union club, and I used to see these 18 and 19-year-olds absolutely off their faces, looking a real mess. And I always told myself I never wanted to be that.

But as I got older, alcohol just became a constant factor in my life. I wasn't drinking it, but I was always around it. It was always "do you wanna go for a drink" or going on nights out, and alcohol would be the star of the show.

I've realised the biggest non-advice you can give someone is "You just need time to process." And don't get me wrong, I've definitely given that "advice" to people. Welcome to my crib.

But real talk — buying a home is a long process. It doesn't happen overnight, and it takes three things: patience, resilience, and money.

I'm not going to lie and say that buying a home is in everyone’s best interest, or that anyone can afford it. But what I will say is that, for something that might seem so out of reach for a lot of young people these days, it could be more within your grasp than you think. If you look in the right places and work on your financial literacy, home ownership could well be on the horizon for you.

I bought this place on my own, with no financial assistance, and I wasn’t exactly swimming in money… and with that being said, I’d say I did okay.

Filming a hydrojelly facial treatment with

I used mainly daylight for this shoot to make sure the video felt light and natural keeping with the aesthetic and vibe of the treatment being given.

Emphasis was given to each stage of the treatment with a key focus (pardon the pun) on close up shots to give the viewer a unique perspective of the entire procedure.

What is your biggest regret in life? I'm sure it's something that you think about every day. And the more days that go past, the more regrets that build up, and you start to resent yourself. Why did you do that moronic thing? Why did you bet on Tottenham winning the league in 2016? Why did you let your ex go? And regrets are tricky. They're a plague on the brain but are also built upon pure fantasy.

And a lot of the time, regret is actually the result of you making what you thought was the best decision at the time.

As you get older, what seemed like a life that you were sharing with your peers, you quickly learn that actually, everyone is on their own journey. Your friends can't follow you forever. You take different plunges, grasp at opportunities, and try to navigate the world as best you can. And life can take you to realms you wouldn't have dreamed. How many times have you seen someone you went to school with living a life that you never thought they would? It's shocking for people we're not close to, so imagine how it feels to people that we are.

In this digital age, we're more connected than we ever have been, yet there is an epidemic of loneliness and people feeling more disconnecte

But anyway, someone once characterized me as someone who "needs people to know that I am a good person." Or something to that effect. And it made me think of people filming themselves giving to the poor or announcing donations to charities.
