After tracking down missing pieces, it is finished! Brought this awesome vintage 1984 Kenner Return of the Jedi Imperial Shuttle back to life. Fun fact: they weren’t originally painted in 1984, it was just the color of the plastic. The plastic had faded and yellowed, so I took the center wing to Lowe’s and had it scanned and had one of a kind, custom paint made! I guess they should call it shuttle grey.

I was recently donated a 1984 Kenner Return of the Jedi Imperial Shuttle. These are highly sought after and belonged to a friend who grew up enjoying it. These things are massive and make great display pieces. It’s crazy to think it’s 40 years old and has so much history. I’ll be documenting the restoration process as I go! #1984

Tasked with hunting Jedi Master Kirak Infil’a by Lord Sidious, Lord Vader required a Kyber crystal to power a new lightsaber. Sith tradition is said to require the bleeding of a Jedi’s crystal, solidifying allegiance with the dark side. This process is difficult and exposes great pain and suffering, both sources of dark side power. The Sith Lord killed Infil’a and went to Mustafar, the site of his greatest defeat to begin the work..

When I heard about “Project Luminous” I was skeptical. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by the new characters and stories being told in an era of Star Wars that hasn’t been explored. The work that and put forth in these first two entries in The High Republic adult novel series have me excited to catch up and prepare for The Acolyte. For Light and Life!
