Hey everyone,

I know I haven't posted in a while and haven't got back to people's messages. I'm deeply sorry.
But
Been really busy with leeroy and to be honest with you I've been toiling with keeping the page as having a online presence with certain parties constantly watching and me being unable to stop them. It has become a concern of mine.

I do apologise but I'm not sure what is best to do at the moment I hope you all understand

Today was leeroy's MOT,

I can tell you that we were panicking, especially me.

As I don't need another thing to worry about and slow down the build.
We turned up and as we no longer had any horsey stuff and they could see it was being built as a motorhome they tested Leeroy as a class 4.

After 2hrs of waiting we went back to be told that he had passed his MOT with a couple of small advisories.

So we are very happy and I can carry on with the build

It may be painful, it may be hard.
My disabilities make it even worse,
But
It will never stop me and it will never win.
I can so I will 💪

I haven't used any power tools except me Bosch tool.

Ps I am aware of the saw I'm using is the wrong saw but I have to use tools that work for me and at the height I'm able to work at, I'm disabled and can only work at certain heights . So can people stop commenting about the saw

So we have had leeroy for 5 weeks.

What a busy 5 weeks it has been for me from stripping leeroy down of all the horsey stuff.🐎

Then came the fixing of the roof with fibre glass then to cleaning absolutely everything to a inch of it's life.

I then started on making the back wall a actual wall. I did use a damp proof membrane on the outside and then covered it. I know some put a door but we want a big bedroom for us and lil man. Now everything is framed insulated and the electrics are now in place, just got the lights and the roof to finish.

I don't think I have done to bad with how my body is and the pain it causes me. With midwifes appointments and life.

I've done it all with no power tools except my Bosch impact tool.

I'm actually quite proud of myself 😊

Sorry I haven't posted, been trying to really make progress and get leeroy build moving. So with that and midwife appointments and be exhausted by the time I stop.

Hey you lovely lot 😊

ABIT of a update on leeroy 🚛,

We had a bit of a sleepless night 😴 due to leeroy deciding he was a corrinder and leaking from different places.

I got to it and cleaned and fibre glassed and sealed those bloody leaks. I was shocked to find a fist ✊ sized hole in the roof which is thankfully sorted now.

I'd rather find them now and at the stage we are at, then have put up all the stuff to find a leak and have it all ruined.

For me every negative i feel like I find the positive to it. Rather stay positive and stay kicking life's butt 🦵🍑

If anyone is looking for a fibre glass kit I'd definitely recommend this stuff below 👇

So unfortunately the generator when and stuffed itself,

I couldn't find why, I always check the oil make sure there is plenty of fuel. I also always made sure that what is plugged into isn't too much always actually way under. But it still decided to pack up it bags and do a runner 😆.

Screwfix tho have been easy, we have exchanged it and have a different one coming tomorrow. We were going to get a different one in the future, just not yet.

It's all good 👍👍👍

Hopefully everyone is not letting life beat them, you can beat life. YOUR WORTH IT !!! ❤️

I hope you are beating life and not letting it beat you down 👇,

ABIT of news from the bearded family and a bit of a update on leeroy.

Well little man is growing well and definitely doing alot of dancing in his mum tummy, it's awesome for me to be able to feel his movements. As a bloke it's nice to be able to experience it too and enjoy it with my beautiful wife ❤️. (Definitely feeling blessed).

I took a couple of days of but had to fix a leak coming from screws which let me tell you was a all round pain.
Could say butt I wouldn't know as I don't feel it 😆😆😆😆. I made a boo boo but fixed it and the leak.
Is it me or materials (like wood etc) getting more and more expensive 🫰.

Hoping to have more videos next week for everyone

I will be starting subscriptions soon 👍

So I have had to stop building for the next couple of days

The fact I have been pushing and pushing myself to get it done has caused some extreme pain and blackouts.

Except this I am loving it, definitely feels awesome when I am building, I forget that I am disabled and feel like I was before I was disabled 👩‍🦼

I will give myself a break, and be back at. I will continue to kick life's butt 🦵

Leeroy will be awesome when I'm finished 👍

So we have removed all the horse 🐎 stuff out 🗑️

We have scrubbed and scraped the floor and walls which is a dirty job

We have started to frame it but ran out of wood for the minute.

So the scan went amazing 🤩

Little man has got so big and is healthy. The radiologist was very impressed with little mans growth he is four days bigger.

She was 24 weeks +1 day but at the scan she was dated 24 weeks +5 days.

So he is 4 days bigger

He definitely growing 💪👍

A bit of a chilled day today ❄️

No building for me today ⚒️

But ......

We do get to see our little man as we are go to the hospital to have a pregnancy scan ( all routine ).

So excited to see little man being a wriggly bum like last time 👶🍼

Today has been a hard day,

Mrs beard had to go to hospital taken by ambulance.

She is ok thank god 😅🙏.

Leeroy thermostat has decided not to work and the heating fans in the cab have decided to go on holiday.
If anyone know of a mobile mechanic in around Canterbury area that would be great 👍

Im feeling like we are really trying to move in the right direction and it's being hard.

I will keep pushing forward and staying strong and hopeful.

We won't let life beat us, we beat life 💪

So we did a big thing 😁😁😁,

We have finally achieved a big goal, and a big step into the right direction.

We have finally got a new vehicle 🚛

And his name is leeroy (ncis)

So with out further a due

Here he is 👇

He not perfect but he's ours 👍👍👍👍

Had him just over 24hrs and I've already started converting him.

This week looks like it's going to be awesome 👍

Starting later this week is going to be more content being made by us here at the Beardedwheelchair.

I'm going to be setting up a po box as some people are wanting to send us stuff.

We will be videoing alot more for YouTube and Im going to be setting up a patreon account where you can subscribe and there is going to be exclusive and more personal content, so you can get to know more about me and my family.

There will also be a PayPal account set up for the Bearded wheelchair and all of this will be to continue making content for you lovely lot, so I can progress to making merchandise and using that to get to the goal of making wheelchairs for those who need them.

I hope this sparks excitement in you guys as much as it does us 😊
We really want a big and happy bearded community 👍💪
We will keep you all updated as we go along 🌟🧔‍♀️

Good afternoon you beautiful lot 😁

So back on a positive note,

I have made some modifications to Betty over the last week or so.....

I removed the sofa/bed as it just wasn't working for us and I made a permanent bed instead which is behind the two main seats. Which even makes it easier for me to get into the front.

I then made with the space at the end (on top of the wheel arch to the bed, a lift up cupboard for shoes and other bits of storage.

And I did it all with just one saw and my trusty Bosch combi tool and supplies from one of my favourite shops B&Q.

I do believe just because your Disabled doesn't mean you ain't able to build what you want or the life you want. I know I can and I know for fact you can too 👍🧑‍🦽

You guys are the best !!.

We are sick of these people trying to ruin everything for us of cause more damage to us.(literal damage)
We have worked so damn hard to get to where we are now. I'm not ready to pack it up and throw in the towel.

I love what the Bearded wheelchair does for me and it does for others. I love posting our adventures and life, I love speaking to different people. Tbh with you guys I love how it makes you guys happy and you find inspiration from us. It feels my heart with so much joy.

I know their is so much I can do with my page and I have plans for the future. If anyone wants to know I want to build wheelchairs and either donate them to people who can't afford them and to vets. I also would love to make a brand out of it which will help with the wheelchairs.

This page is about kicking life's butt even when life is in the form of idiot's!!

So I say NO, SOD THAT 👍 THE BEARDED WHEELCHAIR IS TO STAY !!

PS. if you see this post because I ain't found you yet, and you know who you are. Great you found out, but let me tell you something you will never ever harm me or my wife again. So after thinking hard 🤔 and talking about this a lot with my wife whether or not to post this .

We have decided to post it ....

Now you lovely lot are probably thinking what is it ...

Well

We are going to be have a little beardie joining the family.

We will be having a little boy due in may next year, we are so excited beyond belief and probably scared just as much.
My jaw dropped and my heart melted when I got to see and hear his heart beat ♥️.
I actually missed the s*x of him a couple times as I was just in awhh.

My wife has made it clear that I am able to name our little boy after my two best friends who I miss everyday and I probably wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them.
I'll get to the names in later post. I just wanted to state how awesome she is for giving me the opportunity not only to be a dad but to name them after my best friends, my brothers.
I hope to do her proud and my son's and my brothers up in heaven .

I also want to say that Window to the Womb in Canterbury are awesome and have us the best experience. So a massive shout out to them.

I just want to say that after me posting this if I get any snide nasty comments you will be getting blocked and kicked. I just thought I share this positive news with you lovely lot ♥️
