If you've already listened to our new episode (available on Spotify, Google AND Apple Podcasts now 😉), you'll know that I (Kate) advised David (the character, not my co-host 😅) to go get some therapy and work out whatever it is he's holding onto that's making him such an as***le, dude has got some issues! Maybe he's just bitter that Nick has a partner and he doesn't, but whatever it is, it's got to go ✋

And David advised Ben to continue to keep trying to be a better person than he was before (his apology to Charlie was a bit s**t, but there was a MOMENT in there where we could see he was genuinely trying), and to not let the fact that Charlie didn't accept his apology send him straight back into being a complete di****ad 🙏

⏱️There has been delay to our delay... 🙈

Another crazy week (blame Christmas) has meant we were unable to record yet again 😭

We are SUPER keen to discuss episode 7 with you and will be getting back to business this week for sure ❤️

Apologies all for the Radio Silence this week, we just both simultaneously had a bit of mad one so unfortunately we weren't able to find a night that worked for both of us to record 😩😢

If you've already listened to our new episode (available on Spotify, Google AND Apple Podcasts now 😉), you'll know that David had advice for the entire school trip group again... that if someone has made it clear they don't want to tell you something (like who gave them a hickey) then don't use truth or dare to pressure them into it... And advised Nick to let them know how unfair and uncomfortable this was.
..and I (Kate) advised Isaac to get a Kindle 😂 because listen, I'm normally the biggest advocate for real books over digital readers all day every day 🙌 however, I was genuinely concerned the poor boy was about to break his back! 🫣😂

..and I (Kate) advised Harry to continue on his journey of growth after he seemed to absorb some of his telling off from Isaac and stood up for Nick and Charlie! 😱 A small step in the right direction that there's hope for him to become less of a dick to others in the future 😅

Sorry it's even later than last time 🙈, I (Kate) take full responsibility... I was a bit busy this weekend... AT DAVID'S WEDDING!! 🥹😍💕✨

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to David and his lovely hubby 🤗🎉🥂 it was a truly fabulous day, and I'm 100% sure we'll talk about it in episode 6 because there were a few Heartstopper moments in there too...! 🤩💕🍂

Our top Heartstopper Moment for S2 Ep5 "Heat" was Charlie dedicating his lock on the bridge to his love for Tao 🔒❤️ we LOVE how this show does such an amazing job of highlighting the importance of loving and supportive friendships and gives them equal weight alongside the romantic relationships 🙌

Our top for ep3 was this beautiful tender moment where Charlie tells Nick how he'll support him to come out in his own time no matter what ❤️ then goes on to say how much he'd really love to be able to be more open about their relationship... before realising Nick has already fallen asleep 😭💔

We discussed how this was probably for the best, as had Nick heard how much Charlie would love him to come out it may have resulted in him putting more pressure on himself, which he really doesn't need after what just happened at the end of exams party... still so tough for our lovely Char though 🥺
