In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, today's Thirsty Thursday is Cemex (CX). As a Mexico-based construction company offering goods and services worldwide, CX has shown strong recovery from the pandemic lows. Currently they are in an overall down trend from a high of $25 a decade ago, making this a high-risk play. Definitely one to watch as they play a huge role throughout Latin America as modernization efforts continue.

Today we had to highlight AbbVie! It’s one of our favorite dividend growth stocks because it offers a great dividend yield and some nice share price appreciation along the way!

Recently the FDA issued a warning regarding one of Pfizer’s Rheumatoid Arthritis medications. Their formula was similar enough to AbbVie’s that it triggered a sell off in the pharmaceutical industry. AbbVie dropped nearly 12% yesterday and many analysts have declared the stock oversold. (we agree!)
