BREAKING: How is it possible that Senator Gustavo Rivera, Chair of the Senate Health Committee, is unaware that Governor Kathy Hochul and New York State Attorney General are continuing to fight in court for the power to forcibly put into Isolation & Quarantine with no due process and without a procedure for release? After repeated follow-up, Senator Rivera’s office informed us that he is unwilling to make any further comment.
