When Jamieson Kerr was on the podcast we talked about a lot of different things, but when we got into hiring good people, what he said hit close to home.
Finding people that care about the job and making customers feel great about their experience is a rare thing, so when you do find that person make sure you hang on to them!
Jamieson saw the need for a wine bar in Toronto and created the Crush Wine Bar. He saw the need for a proper british pub experience and he created the Queen & Beaver Public House.
