My DAW of choice is Reaper!

Warum Reaper?

Dazu muss ich weiter ausholen.
Seid ungefähr 10 Jahren mache ich nun elektronische Musik und habe eigentlich alle gängigen DAWs ausprobiert. Als ich aber mehr und mehr feststellte, dass ich kein Künstler bin sondern mehr Nerd habe ich nach Wegen gesucht um schneller ans "Ziel" zu kommen als mit Ableton, was ich davor genutzt habe. Max4live hat mir schon einige Wege geöffnet bis ich Reaper und seine "Custom Actions" fand. Da ich irgendwann einmal in meinem Leben ein wenig Python gelernt habe fand ich mich schnell im skripten von gewissen Aufgaben wieder und habe somit mein Platz gefunden.

Why Reaper?

I have to go further into this.
I've been making electronic music for about 10 years now and have actually tried all the common DAWs. But when I realized more and more that I'm not an artist but more of a nerd, I looked for ways to get there faster than with Ableton, which I used before. Max4live opened up quite a few paths for me until I found Reaper and its "Custom Actions". Since I learned a little Python at some point in my life, I quickly found myself scripting certain tasks and thus found my place.
