June approved! :D Come on out to Restless Moons Brewing TOMORROW night, 7pm, for our free, fun variety show of the summer! We've got music by the legend , we've got poetry by , we've got comedic improv acting with Rocktown Improv, and we've got a second helping of our comedy radio play, "Help! My Baby's a Rat!".

Another appreciation post for today because without this man’s mentoring, I (Jake) wouldn’t be where I’m at with audio production. Tom Carr is THE man! Not only is he a Grammy award winning producer and engineer, he is the architect for all the sound design and audio implementation at JMU ‘s Forbes Center for the Performing Arts. I was fortunate enough to work with him and told him about our project for Help! My Baby’s a Rat! He was very interested in helping me get the sound I was looking for. I brought in all my gear along with the project and we sat for hours as he listened and gave me critiques and advice on what to do. I am forever grateful and humbled by his 50+ years of experience, his help, and his genuine care to help make this project better ❤️

We’re only 16 days away from the premiere so make sure you grab your tickets if you’re in Harrisonburg, and stay tuned for the online premiere on the same day!

Fun fact--The Third Story Studio is on top of a massive hill, and when Nev came to record, he rode his bike all the way up that hill! Now, that's dedication! Naturally, once he'd made it up, he needed a towel.
