This was really good for me!! I have to remind myself every day, throughout the day to think positive. When you’ve been thinking negative for so long it is hard to think positive so easily. I’ve learned you have to constantly remind yourself to think positive even in situation where it is hard. But don’t beat yourself up when you slip. With constant practice I know I can train myself and my mind to think more positively.
