The numbers in the table show the following:
1. GDP change. The PNoy administration with 6.2% GDP growth was the best performer of the seven administrations. Another remarkable fact is that while Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand showed a decline in average growth in the period 2011-2016 vs. 2005-2010, the Philippines under PNoy showed increase in growth over the same period. Fantastic performance.
2. Inflation rate. The PNoy administration with 2.7% again was the best performer in price stability among the seven administrations. Almost half compared with the previous period, 2005-2010, and similar to the performance of Thailand.
3. Government gross debt as percent of GDP. PNoy’s was the second-best performer among the five administrations, next to Duterte’s. But here is the catch: it was 47.6% in 2010 and significantly reduced to only 37.3% in 2016, a 10.3 percentage points reduction in just six years. When the Duterte government came in, it stopped the decline and went on high borrowings, the ratio was flat at 37% from 2017-2019, and back to 47% in 2020.
4. Power installed capacity. PNoy expanded it by 8.2 GW in just six years, the biggest rise compared with five previous administrations.
5. Actual power generation. PNoy expanded power generation by 30 TWH in just six years, the biggest increase compared with the previous five administrations. This further proves that energy is development, more electricity is more growth, more poverty reduction.
Notice though that while the Philippines expanded electricity generation by 30 TWH from 2013 to 2019, Vietnam expanded theirs by 103 TWH, and Indonesia expanded by 63 TWH.

One can only recall when President Aquino managed to decrease the price of gasoline.
When he started in 2010, prices were playing at around Php42.00. He managed to lower it down to Php39.50. Now the price is double that of what it was when President Aquino left the office in 2016.
And with this, prices of basic commodities are expected to follow. This will have a ripple effect on the prices of other goods in our economy.

Sumali ang milyon-milyon na mga tao hindi dahil nabrainwash sila ng media, dahil ang media noon controlled ni Marcos. Sumali sila sa pag-aklas dahil nakaranas sila ng pang-aapi. Actual experience ang naranasan ng milyon-milyong sumali sa Edsa. Actual at minsan personal na pangyayari ang basihan ng kanilang galit.
Siguroy nakarinig na kayo na sabi ng mga DDS na gising na daw sila sa katutuhanan, mulat na daw sila sa panglilinlang ng yellow media. Nakakatuwa dahil ang source nila FB at YT. Yes, FB at YT lang.
Graduate lang ng FB University feeling na nila mas may alam pa sila dun sa milyon-milyong nakibaka sa panahong ng EDSA. Sa panahon ngayon marami ng fake news ang nagsilabasan, sa panahon ni Marcos walang fake news, walang news against the government.
So nabrainwash nga ba ang sumali sa rebolusyon? Walang nabrainwash, actual experience ang nag-udyok sa kanila na mag-aklas. Malamang, silang mga DDS ang nabrainwash ng mga fake news.
Marcos was a dictator. Millions of Filipino revolted against Marcos, those Filipinos were not stupid. Do not belittle the intelligence of those of joined EDSA. Instead let us thank them for their courage, if not for those millions of Filipinos who stood up in EDSA we wont have the freedom we enjoy now.

The Sandiganbayan 5th division found Ilocos Norte representative and former first lady Imelda Marcos guilty of 7 counts of graft and sentenced her to 6 to 11 years in prison in connection with her case that ran for 27 years. The court also ordered her arrest.
Marcos was absent during the promulgation of the case on Friday morning.

CEBU – CORDOVA BRIDGE STARTED DURING THE AQUINO ADMIN Cebu’s 3rd bridge also known as Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway will connect mainland Cebu and the island of Mactan. It was first conceptualize by Mayor Sitoy of Cordova and Mayor Osmena of Cebu. The negotiation started in 2014 under PNoy’s administration. In January of 2016 it was announce the construction of the bridge will begin in 2017. The project is part of President Aquino’s PPP project. In the official website of the Republic of the Philippines PPP – Public Private Partnership Center, cooperation period started in 2015. Project this big takes time to plan, conceptualize, execute and finished. CORY AQUINO WAS NEVER POWER CRAZED. Cory Aquino was never power crazed. In fact, if we would look at world history and events, we can only appreciate and recognise how genuine Cory was in her quest for democracy. So true in her service to Pilipino, she can qualify as a saint. Lets give context to what happened during her presidency. Cory took the presidency through the bloodless EDSA revolution. She took the helm of power as a leader of a revolutionary government. As such, she was the head not only of the executive department, but also of legislative and judicial departments. There was no local government heads, Cory had to appoint local positions such as mayors and governors. Imagine her power at the start of her term. She can appoint anyone she like to be a mayor or governor, she can pass law like a senator and interpret it like a Supreme Court justice. If we look at other countries with revolutionary governments. The leader of the revolutionary government would not relinquish his power, or would take a long time before a democratic government is formed. Take Fidel Castro of Cuba, he lead and won a revolution in 1959 and served as his country’s leader for more than 50 years. Muammar Gaddafi of Libya lead a Coup d'état in 1969 and never step down until US forces interfered and removed him in power. Recently, Thailand was under a revolutionary government lead by NCPO. It took Thailand 6 years to swear in new cabinet members. Cory was different, she was never hungry of power. She took office on February of 1986 and on that same year issued the 1986 Freedom Constitution to set up a temporary government. And in 1987 or 1 year after, a new constitution and government was formed. International observers can only watch Cory with owe and respect. The United States government invited her for a state visit. To date, she is the only Philippine President who give a speech in a US joint session of Congress.
