This morning was my first time working out since I had my youngest son (he’s 2 🥴… I know, I know)
But life happened and so did the pounds…
(baby weight + covid weight = a lot of damn work)
I nearly died this morning during my workout… twice (such an exaggeration 🙄) but i sucked it up, took a pause and kept going.
Durning that workout I kept sayin, ain’t nobody gonna do this for you Sis… so you gotta show up for YOURSELF!!!
Sooo, long story short… Don’t wait for 2022 to show up for yourself… Start NOW… it takes 21 days to create a habit..

✨Start eating healthy
