This is not meant to discourage anyone btw. I think showing you only the pretty parts of this process would be a disservice to everyone. This is a hard path but with that comes perks - I just happen to be going through the thick of it and I still have no regrets but certainly a heavy respect to everyone who chooses to do this. You can absolutely chase your goals despite this diagnosis.
⭐️ get to know your brain
⭐️ give yourself lots of alternatives when it comes to studying
⭐️ take care of your body, it will help regulate your brain
⭐️ seek treatment even if you don't want to be on stimulants. There are lots of alternatives these days and they may be worth exploring if you're struggling
We may need to do things differently but we can absolutely get there.
