**President's Welcome Message:**

Dr. Kayode Ogunleye, President of the Hyperbaric Medical Practitioners Society of Nigeria (HMPSN), extends a warm welcome to members and stakeholders at the Garden City Port Harcourt for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Award Ceremony. Today marks a significant occasion as we unveil the much-anticipated Fitness to Dive Certification for the country.

To all those present here in person and our friends and colleagues joining us via live streaming, thank you for your presence. Your participation adds immense value to this gathering, emphasizing our shared commitment to excellence in hyperbaric medicine.

As we convene for the AGM, let us reflect on the strides we've made as a society and the impact we've collectively achieved in advancing the field. The unveiling of the Fitness to Dive Certification is a testament to our dedication to setting and upholding standards in hyperbaric practices.
