Expérience
• Leadership de plus de 15 ans dans des MMO variés.
• Expérience en management et organisation (Tant au niveau professionnel, qu'en gestion de guilde de jeu spécifique(EN, EN/QC, QC) et en Clan de gaming)
• Plusieurs membres et vétéran de différents MMO.

Nos règles de gros bon sens:
• 18 ans et +.
• Respect de tous, pas de toxicité, pas de troll.
• Aucun hack, 3rd party ou bug abuse ne sera toléré, dans les jeux multijoueur.
• Avoir un microphone fonctionnel pour l'accès au Discord.
• Aucune publicité externe (Lien Discord en public ou privé, chaine Twitch ou Youtube etc) sans approbation.
• Participer aux événements organisés le plus possible si vous êtes en jeu.
• Vocal obligatoire lorsqu'en jeu, cela favorise la cohésion et les liens entres membres de guilde. Nous avons un système de canaux automatisés.
• La guilde passera toujours avant un joueur individuel.
