Excited to share a project I started at the beginning of last month! I had the pleasure of building a new website for Write Signs. Their previous site was from all the way back to 2012! A decade old!

What is Vector, and Why it is Important for Your Business

So I should probably preface this by what the heck weVectr is and why “Vector Defined” has any relevance to you. Vector is a file format that is used in many graphical elements, if not all of Digital Media. It’s all over the place, websites, print & mobile phone apps. Unlike other digital formats, it is designed to be lightweight, and infinitely scalable. That means, no matter what size you blow it up to, it won’t lose its quality, and it will remain lightweight. This also means the file size will remain small and easy to work with. To put this into perspective, meet its counterpart “Raster”- which does have its place in this world, such as photography just to name one example. But this format has limitations due to file size and scalability. You can clearly see the difference this makes on your logo or images in the animation below:

So now that we’ve identified what Vector means, this is where weVectr comes in. Our company values aim to operate under the same parameters that Vector images do. To remain lightweight, and scalable to your business needs. No complex systems to follow, easy to access resources, and scalable to meet all your requirements.
