Storm has begun pounding our home with winds. Power has been on and off. Tornado watch till 2am and flooding watch till 8pm Thursday. Worst hours will be between 12-3am for our area. We luckily feel safe and will ride this out. But thank you for everyone’s texts to both Chris Sy and myself. All of our family is safe as of now. Please everyone else remain safe and in contact with friends and loved ones.

Dwight Schrute would be so proud of the Roasted Beets dish in Canada at EPCOT. It was delicious. The cheese pairing, the sweetness of the beet, the tangy sauce, it was awesome. Canada continues to top everyt festival for me as the best cuisine!!

We had a great time at one of my new favorite places. Chrissy planned my Christmas gift to take place at the Kennedy Space Center. We had the absolute best time. Fun fact: I love space and astronomy so much that I actually wrote, directed, produced and starred in an award winning movie about space.

Thank you for the amazing gift Chicken!! I love you and I had the best time in space with you!! Now get away from me because “I need my space”
