Great treat for a Sunday afternoon. Sweet, chocolate, vanilla, some cherries and a big wave of alcohol in the aftertaste. Would definitely have it alongside a dark chocolate cake with red berries cream - wishful thinking :)) .

Salutare. Deschidem de acum berea într-un nou mod. Dacă până mai ieri spuneam povești cu gust, începem de acum să analizăm în detaliu ce avem în pahar. În fond, scopul nostru este să nu ne pierdem la raft când vrem să alegem berea potrivită pentru mâncarea noastră preferată.

Iată ce ne așteaptă în episodul de astăzi:

- Apoi, rămânem în Bavaria, să vorbim despre ducele Wilhem al 4-lea și a sa nemuritoare lege a purității berii
- Iar în final, luăm de pe raft prezelul și asociem berea de astăzi cu mâncărurile potrivite.

Am spus ”Povești cu gust” în 12 episoade, dar de acum e momentul să intrăm în subiect. Asta ca să știm ce să alegem când stăm în fața raftului cu bere. Să alegem ceva care să meargă de minune cu mâncarea pe care o savurăm.
