Hello its been 7-ish months since my last post.

A lot has happened between then and now but I won't go into that. Lol

Anyway, recent events had me thinking about bringing this page back to life. What was once 300+ followers dropped by a chonk and I'm looking to save the hard work I did earning the followers I did.

While I don't really plan on streaming again until such time I can upgrade into something that can:
1. Give quality streams
2. Not run games like ass even when not streaming.
3. Still probably stream at Twitch where I am not at the mercy of FB's BS.

I will, however, make this page the dump for my model and miniature hobby. From WIP to Finished items.

I have a handful of projects lined up, I just need to make sure some things are settled down on my end before I can really sink my teeth into building and painting the best stuff possible.

In the mean time, I'll be posting my backlog of stuff I finished. I recently did a photo dump on Instagram. So hopefully that is content that will keep my page alive even for a little bit.

But JUNKER QUEEN THO. Its all about getting into the thick of it and ripping the enemy team a new one.

Easily my favourite amongst the new characters!

Finished Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector last night.

Game is very challenging and oh so fun! One of the better turn-based strategy games out there.

I normally had nail biting missions but I was always confident in my Blood Angels and Sisters of Battle to pull through.

It was the final mission, where I literally thought I might have to redo this mission more than once since I felt ill-prepared.

However, a combination of heavy fire support from my Intercessors, Agressors, Dreadnoughts, Land Speeder, and Predator tank kept the 'Nids at bay.

The real MVPs were my Inceptors armed with plasma guns, Seraphims armed with Inferno pistols, and my Saguinary Guard with storm axes. All of them made short work of the elite and heavy units. All 3 pictured below because they MVPs.

The Sanguinary Guard securing the win by scoring a critical hit on melee and regaining an action point to do one more melee attack on the final boss.

Such an enjoyable game that fits into the canon of 40K. I even felt sad in one mission due to certain events, which I won't spoil.

Can't wait for more DLC of this game!

I LOVE ELDEN RING

Easily 9.5/10, I docked points because of some issues on the PC port but nothing game breaking for me.

It easily ranks into my best games of all time alongside Sekiro.

My friends and I get to hold the distinction of having completed the game at Level 69(nice)

We defeated bosses at that level cap, where the meta recommended we should have been between level 100-120.

I defeated bosses that required magic and projectile weapons. I proved that it was possible to go all out melee with them.

Malenia, Blade of Miquella was a boss that made Sekiro's final boss, G***k Saint Ishinn feel like a grunt in comparison. But this iron clad determination to prove that the not so graceful Great Twin Bonks can defeat her was stronger. The feeling of landing that last swing at her after narrowly dodging an attack that could have ended me in one hit was this amazing feeling of catharsis I never knew I'd get from a video game.

Sadly, the last boss was short of that epicness. While Radagon on his own was an amazing opponent, especially having fought Godfrey prior.. You knew you would have to bring out everything in your disposal to kick his ass.. But then when Phase 2 comes out.. It felt underwhelming. Like I wished there was a boss that gave me the excitement of a battle. Like the fate of The Lands Between was being decided right then and there.

But I refuse to let that sour my experience of this game.

It's been so long since an open world game made me enjoy adventuring. Ghost of Tsushima comes close but that too had a bit of the Ubisoft DNA in it that made me want to stop at times. However, I digress.

Elden Ring found a way to reinvigorate my love for video games. I loved adventuring, hunting bosses, finding loot, and taking in the gorgeous visuals. And beyond that I got to bond with the Lady Ror and my friends. Lady Ror would ride backseat and cheer me on. My friends would be off in their own adventures. At one point, 9 of us on discord were playing Elden Ring at the same time (and one friend replaying Dark Souls 1 and 3 before he dives in ER). We shared stories of close calls, victories, defeats, epic fails, and teaching each other how to deal with certain enemies. All without spoiling each other too much. We even went as far as encouraging one another to keep going on the Lvl 69 cap because that's what badasses do.

Elden Ring is a unique experience and definitely lives up to the hype. Despite being a game that punishes you even for small mistakes, this is an adventure that I am excited to activate New Game Plus with. Still not looking forward to Astel and the Elden Beast, those cheap cosmic horror bastards.

A tier list of bosses I have felled in Elden Ring

Malenia, Blade of Miquella- Easily takes top spot for being an incredible skill check and memorable boss. The feeling of defeating her was a feeling I never thought I'd get from a video game. Sadly, I wished she was the final boss as she is arguably the most memorable fight in the game. From the visuals, the atmosphere, and the music. It was final boss material! Even her memorial after defeating her is a sight to behold!

Starscourge Radahn (and special mention to his horse, Leonard)- A frustrating boss but the epicness of it is something else!

Next Tier

Ancestor Spirit - Its just a fun boss battle and the visuals are really nice too!

Dragonlord Placidusax - A tough fight. Most dragons you encounter allow you to have Torrent by your side but this is one of the few where you gotta run across a large battlefield with a very angry 2 headed dragon that shoots lightning. Think King Ghidorah but you cut the stupid head off (there's a bloody stump where the third head would be)

Maliketh- Story twist was involved with this but the fight overall was tough but a fair one. Still better than the final boss battle.

Hoarah Loux The Warrior - A great fight! While Godfrey's moves are telegraphed, his second phase is a little more aggressive and you need to be careful with all the AOE he does. Overall, a great fight as an appetizer to the finale but sadly.. Finale fight was mediocre.

I won't get into the Very good and Alright list but let's just say the stuff in the Very Good list offered a unique twist to the Soulsborne boss formula or paid homage to previous bosses in other From Software games.

Alright tier is literally they were alright. Nothing special really. Particularly Mogh was okay but he's just a blood and flame version of Morgott.

Now to go into detail on the BS that is the Despite tier

Astel, Naturalborn of the Void- F**k this guy. Lol. But he's still a more likable boss than the Elden Beast but I say that very lightly.

Commander Niall- This cheap bastard would have been a good boss on his own but since he has to summon 2 VERY tough minions by his side.. It made the fight more of a chore. Not to mention, them minions did more damage than he does. He only becomes a real threat at the 50% mark.

Radagon of the Golden Order / The Elden Beast- Here's the thing. Radagon is actually a likable boss. If anything, he's a pretty good fight since he's basically Malenia but with more brute force and AOE. It's fun to fight him and I was hoping his Phase 2 would be a powered up version of himself much like Malenia and Godfrey. But nope. Elden Beast is basically the cowardly version of Astel except with a bigger arena. At least with Placidusax, he had a giant arena but he would be constantly going after you if he wasn't attacking you with lightning bolts. Same for Astel.

Fire Giant - Discount Demon of Hatred. I feel they added this one in to pad more bosses into the game.

Godskin Apostles(and Duo)- I just hate these guys in general. Thank the gods they have good loot. But theyre annoying as f**k.

Malenia, Blade of Miquella

The poster girl of Elden Ring

Considered to be the most difficult boss in Elden Ring and arguably, the entire Soulsborne franchise. And THEY WERE NOT KIDDING.

The meta for this boss was to use ranged attacks to chip at her health and to physically use bleed to counter her being able to recover health for every time she hit you. So in a way, zoning her was the best way to fight.

My friends and I are doing a self-imposed Level 69 cap as a challenge to make the game exciting and force us to fight smart. On top of this, I chose to use twin great swords(To me known as, the Great Twin Bonks) to fight her which makes an already steep mountain even higher and tougher to climb. Imagine my surprise when things started going well and I somehow managed to take her down after 87 attempts. I actually did a tally where my friends said Im gonna stop after awhile hahah But I committed.

Watching my friend fight her it looked like a dance. And the same could be said about my fight despite the lack of gracefulness in my loadout.

AND I DEFIED THE META

Where most fought her at level 120 to 150. I did it at level 69 (nice)

Where most zoned her and used a variety of ranged tactics, I chose to use the Great Twin Bonks to upset her form.

Now I'm part of the 5.7% elite club of players out of almost a million players who kicked her ass.

This is the best boss battle I have ever experienced and I doubt anything can top this. Despite the shy of 100 attempts, I never felt frustrated because the fight felt fair. Most of my losses were from tactical errors on my part and not some cheap gimmick. For each error, I fixed and adjusted. Repeat and repeat until I found the perfect blend of tactics and pure aggression.

As one friend put it, it felt like sparring again.

So General Radahn, Astel, and Malenia. Including Maliketh, Godfrey, and Morgott have been felled on the receiving end of the GREAT TWIN BONKS.

This boss WAS NOT FUN. Sudden death with one hit left for me and him. Just happened that the bleed took effect in the one section of his body barely did damage to him.

One thing I am proud of is this boss and the big boi a few hours before him were defeated by other players using ranged weapons and magic. But mah boi big bonked them all to death by dual wielding 2 great swords

SPACE MARINE WAS SO AWESOME!

But Leandros/FB Gaming deserve to get exterminatus-d in the ass.

That was so much fun! It is a bit wonky at parts and I kept looking for the cover system of Gears of War. Lol Can't wait for the sequel to come out and see how and why Titus is now a Primaris Marine and what happened with his trial by the Inquisition. Not to mention, get to murder Tyranids!

Anyway, I shall setup Twitch as my base of operations as far as Streams are concerned. FB Gaming/Leandros doesn't fail to shut up about the Codex Astartes hence me using eurobeat gachi as my intro and outro music.

I might stream here on occasion since I am shy of 270 to the 300 goal of people liking this page so let's see if I can hit the stride of this page.. But I doubt considering Leandros/FB Gaming would prefer the heresy of ML over most games out there.
