I've been reflecting on a journey that began with that familiar pang of returning from a beautiful holiday. Let me share a bit of my heart with you.⁣

Have you ever felt that bittersweet moment when a wonderful holiday ends, and you have to face the routine again?⁣

I sure did. The joy of exploring Australia with my husband was magical, but the thought of diving back into the daily grind left me with a sense of stress.⁣

I love my job, but the idea of sacrificing precious time, well-being, and shared moments with my partner just didn't sit right.⁣

Dreams like building our new home together and exploring more of this beautiful country felt distant with the limitations of a traditional work setup.⁣

Enter those pesky Money Blocks – those nagging doubts about whether I could achieve my dreams without feeling drained.⁣

No critizism needed. You've got this ..When things gets overwealming busy and feels in disarray.....procrastination rears its annoying head . Heres what I do.

It important to have a break.... go outside do something to move my body breathe a few deep cleansing breaths.

Change my vibe think of the things I am grateful for one is not having to work a fulltime job ever again.

I Reflect reset and restart

Heres some tips on how to avoid overwealm and procrastination.

1. **Break it Down:** Overwhelm often leads to procrastination. Break your task into smaller, more manageable parts. Tackling these one at a time feels less daunting.

2. **Set a Deadline:** Procrastination loves a vague timeline. Make your tasks time-bound. Having a specific deadline creates a sense of urgency that can kick procrastination to the curb.

3. **Start with the Easy Part:** Sometimes, just starting is the hardest part. Begin with the easiest section of your task. This builds momentum and makes the more challenging parts seem less intimidating.

Give these a try and watch procrastination lose its hold.

I've never been a Monday Person

Monday morning can evoke mixed emotions. For some, it's a fresh start filled with possibilities; for others, it symbolizes a lack of freedom.
Personally, Mondays used to be a daunting reminder of returning to work, waking up early, and being confined within four walls with a tiny window. I felt like a puppet, working tirelessly to fulfill someone else's dreams, which left me drained, self-critical, and perpetually inadequate.
That toxic job had an alarmingly high turnover rate, but I was determined not to let it break me. It pushed me to recognize my own worth and taught me the importance of surrounding myself with individuals who value integrity, honesty, collaboration, and teamwork. In any workplace, no one is superior or inferior; each person plays a crucial role.
I chose to leave that job, even though it was a tearful departure. But that experience ignited a transformation within me. It compelled me to create my own position within a company, and lead me then to starting my journey of assisting women like me learn to overcome stress and choose work life balance through an online platform. We are an interactive group of women women who align with self development , heart, giving , and empowering others.
Along the way, I discovered the power of connection and vulnerability, inspired by the teachings of beautiful inspiring coaches in my online business.
Now, I invite you to join our community of freedom seekers. Together, we can support one another, embrace our authenticity, and rise above the limiting beliefs that hold us back.
