We want to shine a spotlight on Small Local Businesses. We want to include time in our episodes moving forward to do so but we also want to highlight these businesses on our page too. We want to help the little guys in this especially trying time. However we need YOUR help to do so. Good afternoon everyone. All week I have been pondering what place this show has in the current pandemic-filled landscape. I considered a weekly show, but it would be all COVID-19, considering that's 90% of the news right now, and I think we already have enough voices talking in our ear about this pandemic. I thought perhaps suspending the show until we get back to a sense of normalcy but I think voices need to still be heard, so I came up with a better idea:

During this especially hectic time, the little guys are the ones hurting the most, especially small business owners. It's time to shine a spotlight on them, their business, and their staff. Whether open or closed, these small businesses are losing profit they can not afford to lose and it could spell the end for many. So let's send some business their way. If you know of a small business in your area (please no chains), comment the name (tag the page if you can too), location, and a brief comment on why they especially should get a spotlight (did they do something incredible? Have they gone above and beyond in this pandemic?). Please feel free to throw down a few different businesses. I'm hoping to have enough comments to be able to really shine a light on a bunch of local businesses and have enough for a few weeks of shows where I will talk COVID-19 but also shine a light on our small businesses that deserve that spotlight. If this goes well, it might continue on past this pandemic.

With Mayor Pete and Amy Klobuchar both dropping out, this now becomes a 5 person race. With two progressive options, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, and three moderate options, Joe Biden, Tulsi Gabbard and Michael Bloomberg, heading into Super Tuesday tomorrow, tomorrow just became significantly more interesting. What are your thoughts? Who do you support and who do you think will come out victorious, not only tomorrow but in general in this primary? Replies may appear on this week's episode!

I decided to release a sneak peak of Into The Abyss! Join me as I talk about the MLB sign stealing scandal and it's repercussions, especially the Mets (I talked a lot about the Mets). This is an official preview into the show which will air it's first episode in early February!

I am keeping on this major MLB scandal and the continued fall out. My original thought was to talk about it on the first episode if the Red Sox discipline was handed down around that time. However with all the discussion of the Mets possibly parting way with Carlos Beltran, I want to do things a little differently. If the Mets do decide to part ways with their manager, I will do a quick little segment as soon as I am able to after it happens, with my thoughts on the scandal as a whole, the punishments doled out, and especially the firings. So, with that in mind; I'd love to hear your thoughts on the scandal as a whole, as well as what has happened thus far with punishments and firings, as well as your thoughts on if the Mets should fire Carlos Beltran. If this segment happens, I will be including your comments and replies!

It is so amazing to be able to officially start work on this show! Episode production and recording will officially start around the end of this month with the first episode dropping early February! I am looking at 2 episodes a month, about 3 subjects per episode, and probably an hour length. This is going to be great!
