That’s lambing done for this year. What a pleasure it’s been to lamb these Blackies - milky, healthy and great mothers🙏🏻 definitely best flock of blackies I’ve ever lambed. Dogs have enjoyed the hill work good to get the young ones onto some rougher ground aswell. Now it’s dog training all the way on the schedule 👌🏻🙌🏻

The frost came as a blessing this morning making it easier to feed the ladies. Don’t think I’ve seen a winter like this before just constant rain and wind. These mules will be inside as soon as the shed is finished, I’m very excited for a indoor lambing to be fair 😆👌🏻 the ground needs a good rest aswell 💧🌧️

The sisters Tandy and Play made the nursery team for Wightownshire 2024 💫 being bred by my two favourite dogs makes it a wee bit more special aswell 🥰 looking forward to my first ever nursery final with all great handlers and dogs, great team well done to yous all ⭐️

Long day scanning the cross ewes for both dogs and shepherds. Never know what to except just taking over a flock and especially with the non stop rain we had for weeks. The girls did good tho with a 195% with room for improvement👌🏻 well not for the 103 triplets…😅

Great weekend for the girls - Play 🥇won the first nursery and Tandy 🥈second in the second trial. And their sister Meg had delivered 8 flashy pups the day before ⭐️ girls weekend all the way 🙋🏼‍♀️😍 lovely organised trial with good sheep and tasty lunch 🥗

Happiest of birthdays to Stewie turning 10 years old today 🥳 celebrating the only way with some sheep spotting. I’ve so much to thank this dog for one of the biggest thanks for giving me the daughter next to him 🥰 lately he’s been feeling quite fit and been able to do some light work aswell. 🥂to many more ❤️
