NEW AT THE ZOO! 🎉🎉🎉

Budette, the capybara, gave birth to two pups on February 3rd! This is her second litter of pups here at the zoo. They currently weigh about 4lbs each! Capybaras are the world's largest rodent, and these two pups will eventually weigh over 100lbs! The pups are currently off exhibit in the capybara barn, but will get to go out to explore once the weather warms up consistently.
