But…

When you become ‘Professionally’ Institutionalised…

Especially within the ‘Us and Them’ narrative industry…

The ‘Black’ 👮🏾‍♂️👮🏾‍♀️ Generically Only Has ’White’ Sight!!! 👮🏼‍♂️👮🏼‍♀️

This mindset, behaviour and action is delivered through subconscious influences and infringements which subtly become ‘conscious truth’ through the repetition of perpetual false and stereotypical narratives that ultimately become the standardised profile criteria, regardless of the targeted group’s actual characteristics, mannerisms, academic performance, mental capacity, wealth, status, norms, values, beliefs, cultural and so forth…

Once perpetuated, the standardisation of such a profile then becomes ‘the norm’ in-which breeds the ‘validation’ and legal/lawful excuses for mistreatment, disproportionate treatment, irrational behaviour, predatory attitudes, and all those other negative traits towards the targeted group as now the ‘statistical data’ gives pose as to why the preconceived warped assumptions are necessary when approaching any member of the targeted group at any given situation, especially and more significantly when they are the victim, because the statistical analysis has to reinforce their narrative and not the truth of the reality they reside; here is where the victim will always be superficially, generically, procedurally, subconsciously and even consciously seen as the perpetrator!!! 👂🏽

Consequently…

The reinforcement cycle continues and sometimes actioned under duress through fear of isolation, ostracisation and literally being markered a.k.a BlackBalled… 🤓

Therefore…

The ‘Black enact through ‘White’ sight as it becomes an ‘Us and Them’ Game…

You are either with Us or you are with Them…

Henceforth, the denouncement occurs, a subconscious termination from one’s true self which ultimately becomes a conscious ‘choice’ in order to advance, become ‘one of us’…

Similar to that for the narrative of The Citizen and The Immigrant…

Similar to that for the narrative of The Employeed and The Welfare State ‘Scrounger’…

Similar to that for the narrative of The Home Owner and The Renter…

Similar to that for the narrative of The Homeschooled and The Schooled…

Similar to that for the narrative of the Privately Educated and The Publicly Educated…

The truth becomes the lie and The Lie becomes The Truth…

The division derives so subtly that once you even acknowledge it’s existence, the implementation has already en-rooted and become ingrained…

The young become the olde and the olde become the past…

We all succumb to the invisible pressure and ultimately become desensitised, leading us drained, frustrated and inevitably tired…

When will it stop 🛑 ?!?

Who can stop 🛑 the cycle?!?

What can stop 🛑 the action?!?

The world may project as being ‘Black and White’, however; those shades of Grey will always keep the unbalanced, ‘balanced’…💭

Is a change coming or are we just adapting?!?

Are we really attacking our own, or are we projecting our collective and individual frustrations?!?

Do we truly understand the cause, or are we just stuck addressing and acknowledging the symptoms?!?

Are the target group being oppressed or suppressed?!?

Is our reactions as the target group enabling the mistreatment or bringing more awareness to the action?!?

Where is the support?!?

Where is the unity?!?

Where is the peace?!?

Do you accept the status quo?!?

Do you fight?!?

Do You Have A Choice?!?

But…

I digress, as the unpacking surpassed the underpinning… 🙋🏽‍♀️
