*GIVE US THANKGOD EZEANI, TAKE BACK ORLU SENATORIAL SEAT, YOUTH GROUP TELLS PDP ORLU ZONE*

Group of Youths from Orlu zone, under the auspices of # Movement, has promised the People's Democratic party, (PDP), of taking back the seat of Orlu Senatorial district at the 2023 Senatorial election if they present the quientensential administrator, astute politician and captain of industries, Hon. ThankGod Ezeani PhD. (Ogbaturuenyi 1), as the party's flag bearer.
The Zonal Cordinator of the group, Nwabueze Philip, who made this known in Orlu after an interactive session with youth groups and other stakeholders ahead of party primaries, pleaded with the PDP leadership to consider Hon. ThankGod Ezeani PhD. (Ogbaturuenyi 1) as their Senatorial flag bearer for Orlu Zone, considering the fact that what is at stake in 2023 is beyond party politics, but a case of rescuing the Orlu Zone from leadership failure.
Nwabueze stressed further that Orlu Zone was in dire need of competent leaders with proven track record of humility, passion, selflessness and integrity in public office.
In the statement made available to Ezeani Media Center, Nwabueze pointed out that they were mobilising young and qualified citizens of Orlu Zone across the 12 Local Government Areas that make up the zone to join the movement.
The group said the Ideato born political icon remains the best in the party currently.
They appealed to the PDP to adopt him as their consensus candidate, "he has what it would takes to turn the tides of Orlu Zone around going by his past record as ex- House of Representatives member, and most importantly his vast knowledge on economic policy, good leadership, and purposeful leadership, which is what Orlu Zone seriously lack at the moment", he said.
The group also noted that PDP had a record of ensuring equity, and justice since her formation and enjoined the zone not to have a break with precedent.
