If you’re stuck in analysis paralysis, by default that means you’ve over analyzed. You’re ready, the only reason you’re not under contract on a deal RIGHT NOW… is you.
Don’t worry about the “perfect deal” or “perfect place” just take action! Next thing you know, you’ll be in the real estate investing game and be so glad you finally went for it!

WHY?! Because all of those success stories are not telling you the WHOLE story.
They worked their booties off to get there! Why in the hell they tell you it’s easy is beyond me, because they’re only setting people up for disappointment.
I’m here to be REAL with you. It’s hard work, but it’s WORTH IT.

There’s always going to be the new hot spot, or stories of others doing well in some place you’ve never even heard of. Stay focused. Trust your gut and the numbers and just go for it! There is no perfect market, just the perfect time and that’s NOW!

PICK YOUR MARKET PEOPLE. 👏🏼 It’s back to the old saying “jack of all trades, but a master of none”, well, jacks don’t equal benjis. MASTERS on the other hand have stacks of them. Yes, we are all working to make money but there are other reasons too!
Whatever your WHY is, let that be your motivator to pick 1 market and run with it. The sooner you have this picked, the closer you are to being in the game. 💪🏼🏡📚
Day 6: How to get started in Real Estate | Step 2
If you don’t know what you’re doing, no one can help you. However, once you’ve chosen a strategy, then becoming a master is just around the corner.
Take a few days, read into some of the different strategies within Real Estate and see which ones meet your needs.
Ask yourself a few questions:
- How much does it cost to start?
- How much time is required?
- Do these skills fit my personality?
- Am I going to love this or hate my life?
Getting decisive will allow you to progress SO MUCH FASTER. Being “open” just means you have no direction and people will not be able to help you until you do. TRUST ME, I wasted a lot of time being “open” aka lost lizard.

Spoiler alert, if all you do is ask for help but never offer it back… eventually people will stop helping you. If you’re in a position of NEEDING something, ie help with your Real Estate journey, consider OFFERING something first.
