From our results, Instagram punished our reach as we posted more because the audience instagram mostly pushes your content to is your followers. This makes them numb to your content as they are being overloaded with content, so less engagement. So for instagram, post 2-3 per week with higher quality content for your followers to engage with more often and this increases your chances of Meta pushing your content to non followers. โ
YouTube (specifically Shorts) prefers you to post more often, this creates almost a snowball effect based on the last eyes coming back for more and is a great way to grow. All metrics were up on YouTube and you should, if you can post daily! โ
TikTok is hands down the best platform for giving you non follower eyeballs and growth, post daily on TikTok and pro tip for increased average watch duration create a visual hook at the start of the video! โ
