10. Juni wird in Erfurt und Gera beim größten Festival seiner Art in Deutschland unser Projekt
MEIN NAME IST ANGST präsentiert. Es wurde in der Kategorie DIGITAL nominiert. Unser Projekt ist ein transmediales Medium über Emotionen für Vorschulkinder, das hier mit dem interaktiven AR-Buch samt App vertreten ist.✨✨

It felt good to be back on the pitching stage and talk about one of our favourite projects - the transmedia project about Emotions "My Name is...".

Festivals Recap continued: In November last year we were invited with “My Name is Fear” for the Ajyal Film Festival in Doha, Qatar 😱
Over there we had the chance to take part in one of the best jury Q&A´s ever. The jury were all children. And they were not afraid to ask any kind of questions!

"Die Traumkugelkiste", our new children's series in development, is based on the Sorbian legends and fairytales. Stay tuned!

A very special festival is coming this month for “My Name is Fear”.animationfestival 🤩
… which we will not be able to visit…
because of the new smallest Pampelmuse 🐣🍼♥️
But, whoever is in Canada: My Name is Fear has been selected for the Young Audiences 3+ Category in the Official Competition at the 2022 Ottawa International Animation Festival. This year's Festival will take place in-person from September 21st-25th, 2022.

We will be posting some throwback impressions from the awesome film festivals we had the chance to visit in the past year. What a ride!

Almost exactly one year ago Eliza, our Head of Creative, was part of the Jury for Animated Short Films at the 61st Zlin Film Festival, International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Czech Republic.
Together with Bára Příkaská (CZE) and Géza M. Tóth (HUN) she had the chance to watch over 50 exciting short animations and to decide for two awards: Golden Slipper for Best Short Animation for Children (“Sounds between the Crowns” (CZE, 2020), directed by Filip Diviak) and Hermína Týrlová Award for Best Short Animation for Children up to 6 Years of Age (“Children of Gainmore: How They Found It” (CZE, 2020), directed by Petr Mischinger).

In June we had the honor that “My Name is Fear” was selected for GOLDENER SPATZ - the largest festival for German-language children's media!

It was also a chance to meet the MOUSE in Erfurt from “Sendung mit der Maus”. Eliza is a huuuuge fan 🤫🙂

Last week (busy with the FMX and Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg Alumni Reunion), we missed the screening of "My Name is Fear" at the Oscar - Qualifying Animayo International Film Festival!
I wish we could have travelled to Gran Canaria.. but we are super happy that our film could travel for us!
