This is the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) issue.

-Ukrainian meteor researchers submitted a paper this past August. As a side-project to their meteor studies, they decided to conduct daytime observations of UAP using two types of commercially available digital astronomy cameras (color) 120km apart.

2022.09.02 [G]Press issue: I put together a brief reference timeline of significant events (incl. pictures) leading up to and including the search at the former President's club house.

Regarding Programming Note/Content Changes: Taking stock at the 1/3 mark of initial commitment. Making a content shift to focus more toward putting out "evergreen content," such as book review/essay/reports. I intend to continue with the January 6th Committee public hearing encapsulations when that comes back. Re Committees: Part of an undergrad project involved a paper that leaned heavily on two Congressional committees from the 1970s called the Pike Committee and the Church Committee. Vintage committees, but those 70's Committees were govt. transparency 'bangers' (as they say). So, if you're looking for a Congressional Committee fix in the meantime, I recommend.

Please note: when this was posted yesterday the punitive damages award in Heslin v. Jones had not been announced -- it has since been announced, and it is $45 million dollars in punitive damages that would be in addition to the $4.1 million dollars in compensatory damages. Texas law caps punitive damages (called 'exemplary' damages in Texas) and that $45 million dollars may be reduced depending on some factors. Relevant statute is Sec. 41.008.
