What is it going to take to get the British public to fight back? And to stop swallowing the B*****T sprouted about Inflation being driven up by wages.

The only wages that have increased above inflation over the last decade is that of MPs. Whilst imposing a wage freeze on most of the Civil service, and other public workers, they have quite happily voted their MPs wage up from £65000 in 2010, to £83,000 today.

Meanwhile, the RMT workers are being asked why they should get a pay rise after 3 years of having to accept no pay rise, making in real terms a pay CUT for 3 years.

At eh same time as workers' wages have been held, and benefits have not increased to match inflation, pensions have been held lower than inflation. Company profits have been soaring.

Some companies have seen a 73% increase in profits since the start of the Covid crisis. The only thing witnessing a bigger growth is the number of food banks.

There was a surge of optimism and engagement when Corbyn rode the wave of Socialist optimism. The Tory party and its media cronies, and yes we do include Ian Austin that turncoat traitor to the socialist class, vilified people who were trying to put middle-of-the-road, left-leaning policies to the fore.

Could be 20 points ahead if not for Corbyn, we will stand by the policies of the manifesto. Both of the Lies were spoken by Starmer before he and his cronies decimated the labour party membership and support. Handing the Tory party a free ride since he took leadership of the labour party.

Wake up. It s past time that workers started to support workers, and not the exploiters. and if that sounds like communism to you, then you really do not understand that Unions, and socialists have been fighting for you, and a fair deal since they were envisioned.

You do not get concessions from those in power until and unless they know that they have to give them. Talking nicely to them never works. it is not a language they understand. You have to show them your power. and the only power the working man has is to withhold their labour.

You are never going to own a yacht, you are never going to be a multimillionaire, you are not the owner of a multinational. Start realising that the tory party does not care about you. and it never has. ( apart from when it wants your vote)

There is a strange and wonderful magic that the press in the UK use. They make the greed of corporations and politicians seem reasonable, and in turn make the aspirations for fair wages from the working people of the country sound like devastating greed of the most atrocious type.

We are constantly hearing that the RMT strikers are affecting the common working people, who can't get to work, who are missing their hospital appointments etc. And costing the country Millions in lost trade and work. So if their work is so valuable, how come they have not had a pay rise in three years?

A pay rise would affect the RPI, companies would have to put up prices to cover the cost of the increase in waes, we are told. SO how come then that the prices have been going up so much recently? when there have been no pay rises? could it be the rocketing PROFITS that are to blame? heaven forbid.

But there are so many people out there, taking in the lie, spouting the crap, and believing the trope. you cant have a pay rise we cant afford it. We have to cut back as it is. then at the end of theyear those same companies give out record dividends, and register increased profits. And NO ONE RIOTS.

Sheep, gullible sheep. voting Tory because they believe the lies. Voting for a proven, slippery, multiple adulterator. A Lying Scheming public schoolboy, who is so full of self entitlement that he thought Having a party with the workers was ok, whilst people were being denied Access to dying reletives, denied Access to funeral services, and even the QUEEN sat alone at her own husbands Funeral complying with the LAWS of HER land, whilst her PRime Minister, and before him his former Cheief Advisor, act as if the only law that applies to them is that law of Im al right jack, sod you.

And yet people still support this government.

What an absolute set of Morons we allow to vote in this country.

A while ago, during the Corbyn era, when people seemed to be engaged and encouraged to take part in Politics I Ran a page called Bob's Rants.

Then the trolls and the attackers hit, and it became too stressful to carry on. So I decided to delete the page.

In today's situation, with the Cost of living crisis. The tory Government full of schemers, liars, and outright carpetbagging profiteers I thought it may be time to re-start.

I make no apologies for spelling mistakes. I have issues sometimes with grammar, I am not a professional and make no claims to be so.

What I am, is an old Socialist-leaning person, of reasonable lucidity making commentaries on the political and social situation in the UK. Absolutely in despair about the Policies being passed by our government, and enabled by the weakest, self-harming opposition in history.

There will be posts that trigger people, GOOD. If you are not angry that pensioners are spending their days on Busses to keep warm, if you are not angry that this country has increased its proportion of millionaires whilst also increasing the numbers in child poverty. If you are not incensed about the way our media allows all this to happen and attacks anyone that does not toe the austerity line. Then you have visited the wrong page.
