My production partner and I made beats on the MPC 2000XL from 1999 to 2005. During this time we accumulated thousands tracks. All sampled from old records we purchased from thrift stores around town. I remember buying up the entire inventory at one location for 140 dollars. Great deal! I recently found the backup of these beats on 3.5’ inch floppy disk and was able to bring them back to life via the MPC Renaissance. Please send us links of your track to [email protected].
