Kahit nasa bahay ka lang, don't forget to wear sunscreen. Nakakapasok pa rin kasi ang harmful UVA and UVB rays sa mga bintana natin, at sila yung nagiging cause ng skin problems gaya ng fine lines, wrinkles, and even skin cancer.

My sunscreen right now is the COSRX Aloe Soothing Sun Cream. It's lightweight and it absorbs quickly, so it doesn't feel heavy on my face. I also use a vitamin C serum before I apply sunscreen so my skin gets a boost as well!

Weight loss doesn't have to be a miserable experience. ❤

Hindi ako talaga mahilig magkape before, but Vibrant Coffee has been a GAME-CHANGER.

The reason why inaavoid ko talaga ang coffee is because of my acid reflux. Hindi naman sya malala pag occasionally lang ako nainom ng kape, pero pag nasobrahan, sumasama pakiramdam ko. Kaya skeptical din ako about Vibrant before.

But after 3 weeks of drinking Vibrant Coffee, wala akong naexperience na acid reflux o stomach discomfort - which is a first for me kasi usually nasakit talaga tyan ko pag nainom ako ng kape.

Still, THE BIGGEST EFFECT na nakita ko is na-lessen talaga yung cravings ko especially sa sugar. Ito yung challenge para sakin kasi mahilig ako sa sweets, which isn't good kasi pwede syang mag-cause ng diabetes and other illnesses. If you're doing Intermittent Fasting, helpful din ang Vibrant. Personally, di ako masyadong makaramdam ng gutom habang nagfa-fasting pa.

And compared to other "weight loss" drinks na na-try ko, ito lang yung healthy pa rin yung bowel movement ko. Hindi sya nakakapagpa-poop masyado (for me) which is ito yung ginagawa ng other brands para mag-lose ka ng weight.

In short, it keeps you healthy pa rin in your weight loss journey. Plus, budget-friendly yung prices nila kaya hindi masakit sa bulsa kahit everyday ka uminom. ❤

Celebrated my birthday a little differently this year, but I'm immensely thankful for all the love and support I've been receiving.

My PM skincare routine ❤

Products I use after cleansing:
- Derma Natufian Niacinamide Serum
- iUnik Centella Calming Gel Cream
- Wildleaf Eye Oil

Super calming ng products na to. Great for redness, acne, and inflammation. Yung mga pimples na nararamdaman kong tutubo pa lang, di na natutuloy dahil nung centella. Plus, brightening effect din. ✨

Niacinamide is good for dark spots as well. I've previously used The Ordinary, pero less sticky tong Derma Natufian.

Sorry sa scratched-out label ng eye oil, madalas ko kasi nilalagay sa pouch. 😅 Nakakarelax amoy nito, pero so far may nakikita naman akong minimal changes sa undereye area.
