Motor Vehicle Accident: Intersection of N 10th St & P street
Bus vs Vehicle. Tbone accident. One is possibly flipped over. NSP is on location. Unknown injuries.

Small bus on its side. One person stuck inside, extricating.

Two patients, one green and one refusal.

T8 advising extrication complete.

Officers advising 1 patient will be transported, but nothing life threatening.

M3 en route, code 1 with a 50s male was the sole restrained driver of a bus. Side impact on the passenger side. No air bag deployment. The bus did roll on its left side.

Lincoln Police have released details about the incident at 52nd & O from early this morning. It resulted in two arrests and a response from LFR's Hazardous Device Team.

Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to the area of 52nd & O Streets just before 2 A.M. this morning for a suspicious article that was found by LPD during a traffic stop. The item that was discovered was described as a cylinder-like object with a fuse. It was found with multiple other weapons, including an AR-style rifle. Two subjects were detained during the search. LFR remained on scene until a little after 4am until technicians could complete their work.

Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to the 52nd Street and O Street area just before 2 A.M. this morning for a suspicious article found during a traffic stop by LPD. Authorities discovered a cylinder-like object that was accompanied by AR-style rifles inside the vehicle.

📸: Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to a structure fire in the area of 70th Street and Eastborough Lane for a fire that started in the kitchen and spread to the rest of the home. All parties were evacuated from the house; no injuries were reported.

E9 advising 360 complete. Fence and other obstructions. House does not have a basement.

B1 assuming command. E9 does not have any needs at this time. Command requesting T5 to do a primary search.

4 residents were on the Alpha side and are being sent to be checked by medical.

Reporting an issue with one of the Firefighter’s air bottles. Advising they need to switch out this bottle.

Gas is shut off.

E7 giving an interior report, advising 0 visibility. Just found the fire and getting it knocked down.

Got the fire knocked down. Checking for extension. Visibility is improving. No needs at this time.

Primary search complete. All clear.

Command requesting Dispatch to contact Red Cross for 4 people.

Waverly and LFR responded to the Wayne Park swimming pool in Waverly on Thursday afternoon for an apparent drowning. When EMS arrived on the scene, they discovered an 11-year-old who had drowned near the deep end and was unresponsive. Before EMS arrived on location, law enforcement was able to revert the child back to having a pulse.

M5 was onboard Waverly 11 — en route Bryan West (Code 3, ALS, category red trauma) with an 11-year-old male who drowned at the swimming pool in Waverly. The patient was under the water for about 5 minutes; law enforcement administered one AED shock and achieved ROSC. The patient was unresponsive when EMS arrived but was awake and lethargic at the time of transport. The patient answered questions and followed commands appropriately — no trauma was seen and vitals were stable.

Make sure you have a flashlight with you…just in case the electrical grid goes, too.
