How often you can relate to a film? How often will a film show you the reality? It isn’t oftentimes but irugapatru that does at ease. The film presents an extremely interesting experience with its crowd-pleasing moments, it preserves enough sincerity to capture hearts.

The beauty it captures in certain shots is magnificent and can be related to the audience. The way the story moves and evolves throughout the proceedings of the narrative is just a slice of life and it does meet the end-to-end life basis. As the plot unfolds, the story progresses realistically, drawing you in even further. The story has many moments but one among them will stay closer to the audience Vidharth confessing his feelings to the psychiatrist. It’s the most authentic and relatable act that I’ve seen and he just nailed it.

Lastly, irugapatru is all about depth, humour and care are what the whole film is about. At the end of the film, I felt the calmness.

Irugapatru is a therapy. And lesson for me 🫂❤️

Double X has the same template of it's predecessor Jigarthanda 1, like a filmmaker falls in the world of a Gangster who wants to make a autobiography movie. But Double X is made in a more serious way and had a political importance comparing to its previous. 😲

The tone of the movie was absolutely eye pleasing and it made me feel like a watching a Spaghetti western but more in our way. 🤠

While SJ Suryah does his thing like a clockwork, it was surprisingly Raghava Lawrence who literally steals the thunder away from everyone else with a revelatory performance.💥 He did a great tribute to Clint Eastwood as well as to our Thalaivar🕴️

KS was Politically louder in this movie comparing to his previous works. 💯 And obviously it has few flaws to notice but that doesn't Stop me from enjoying the movie. The interval proved to be a highlight. But the last 30 minutes steals the show.

In Short, 𝐉𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀 : 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐗 is a beautiful love letter to Cinema and it’s lovers! 🎥❤️‍🔥

Title card for vijay in Leo is the best any actor can get and any fan can ever imagine in their life. ❤️‍🔥

Even as a non vijay fan I screamed the most when it showed up on screen with that pulsating score of Ani's background score and Arivu's vocals.

Personally I wouldn't hesitate to watch Leo for second time just for that title card and first half alone and rush out of theatres after interval. 🏃🏻‍♂️

எழுதலாம்தான். எனக்கும் சுவாரசியமாக இருக்கும். ஆனா ஆரம்பத்தில இப்பிடித்தான் கேட்பீங்க. அதெல்லாம் போதாதுன்னு, Self Satisfaction க்காக நான் மட்டும்தான் flirt பண்ணேன்னு கொஸிப் சொல்வீங்க. வேற எவனையாவது படிச்சிட்டு வந்து அதே இன்டெலிஜென்ஸோட வாதிடுவீங்க. அந்த நேரத்துக்கு ஏதாவது புத்தகம் படிக்கலாம். ஆனா வீணாப்போன இந்த ஆர்கியூமென்ட்ல நமக்கு தேவையில்லாத blood pressure. திட்டிவிட்ருவேன். யாராவது பெண்களை காப்பத்திறவங்ககிட்ட புகார் சொல்வீங்க. Me Tooம்பீங்க. இதனால எனக்கும் பயனில்லை. உங்களுக்கும் பயனில்லை.

மனித ஆயுள் சராசரி வெறும் 70-80. இதுல இருக்கிற நிரந்தரமான தோழிகள், காதலிகள் போதும். நான் ஒன்னும் best selling concepts ஆன தனிமையையும், அன்பையும், கண்ணீரையும், முதுகுவலியையும், இன்செக்யூரிட்டியையும் பத்தி எழுதலல. அதனால அம்மணியின் அழகோடு மனதால் போட்டுக்கொண்ட Memorandum of Understanding இப்போதைக்கு பெட்டர்னு நினைக்கிறேன். 😜😌

This is what happens when the brilliance of South meets the stardom of North. 💥

A superb first half followed by a decent second half with King Khan 🔥 There are some flaws in the screenplay, and the second half & climax could have been better... but overall, it's a Big Treat for SRK fans. 💯

SRK acts in a template of Thalapathy movies that us Tamil peeps are overly familiar with (Katthi, Mersal, Sarkar, Theri, Bigil...). In short, Jawan is Old Sarakku in a New Bottle for the South. Going by reactions of the Akshay Kumar-conditioned Hindi audience, they have only just discovered TASMAC. 😝

But this anti-establishment formula is clearly new for the contemporary Hindi audience that seemed totally mind-blown by it. 🥵 1000 Crores for sure! 👊🏻

Still, Do not miss this even on Gun point ! Because King Khan is Not Just Back. He is Back to RULE!! 👑💯

My favourite part of online scrolling is to open the ads that comes in between and spend 2 mins on the site, add the items on the cart and leave it that way.

So its a win for the ad maker, social media account manager, and also to the team that hosts the ad. No one could point fingers at anyone for not converting my click to a sale.

Eventually, the venture capitalist has lost his/her/their money on ads and salaries.

Yov, Nelsaa, Jeichutta yaa nee! ❤️😘

Most satisfying Thalaivar potboiler since 'Sivaji'. 🥳 Nelson says a typical commercial one-liner, but the entire jailer-led team has elevated the film to the farthest degree. Nothing great by way of plot, but it combines Rajini swag with Nelson's amoral universe with aplomb. 🧨

Vinayakan as the antagonist was excellent. And the power packed cameos by the other superstars, Lalettan and Shivanna was a chef's kiss. But there is wonly one suriyan, one chandiran and one Superstar 😎, right?

Nelson is damn back. A thoroughly entertaining first hour with a terrific interval block, Thalaivar's swag and Anirudh's pulsating score makes up for its limitations in the latter hour. 💯👊🏻

ராசிபலன்களை நம்புபவன் இல்லை என்றபோதும் தினமும் இவர் சொல்லும் ராசிபலன் வீட்டில் ஒலித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும். ஒரு எதிர்மறைச் சொற்களும் சொல்லாமல் முழுக்க முழுக்க நேர்மறையாக மட்டுமே எல்லா ராசிகளுக்கும் சொல்லும் பாங்கை ரசிக்கிறேன்.

அதிகாலையில் எழுந்து அன்றாடங்களைத் தொடங்கத் தயாராகிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போது காதில் ஒலிப்பதெல்லாம் "நீ நல்லாயிருப்ப" "உனக்கொன்னும் ஆகாது" "இன்று ரொம்ப நாள்" "நீ நினைத்தது நடக்கும்" எல்லா ராசிகளுக்கும் அவர் இவ்வாறே சொல்வதால் இச்சொற்கள் 15 நிமிடம் நம்மையே சுற்றிச்சுற்றி வரும். நேர்மறையாக ஒரு நாளைத் தொடங்கும் போது நாளும் நேர்மறையாகத்தான் இருக்கும் என்ற எளிய சமன்பாடு.

Scene that literally gives chills 🥺

This particular scene of oppenheimer's vision about aftermath, guilt and fear was so terrifying. The father of atomic bomb had gone through lotta trauma after his creation.

Cillian just nailed it with his best acting. Its all about JRO's personal life and accusations by his own government. Einstein's screen time was short but it was impactful in the end. Every actors gave their best performance and RDJ has outdone himself portraying as lewis straus.

The trinity test sequence is one the best directed moments in nolan's career. Just keep in mind that its a 3 hr long biography and not a war film. So just refer some basics before watching. This will remain as one of the important movie in the history of cinema. Just experience it with good surrounding. 💯

“we thought we might start a chain reaction that might destroy the entire world. I believe we did.”

Oppenheimer is a modern day cinematic masterpiece. Started off revolving around science and turning into a political drama without dropping the momentum 💥 The myth of Nolan can't direct stuff without adding mind boggling elements is surely debunked now making it his arguably best work.

As stated by everyone, Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr gave their career defining performance with strong performance by Emily Blunt (her best) and Matt Damon. 👏🏻

The fact that this many outstanding actors agreed for making apperances itself tells the whole story especially Rami Malek who stole the show with just mere 5 minutes of screentime. Besides from acting brilliance sound effects and score are the highlights and perfect representation of theme of the movie.

Overall it will be a classic and surely a bar set for Biopics.
Glad I witnessed this on big screen 🤌❤️

To be honest, is a better superhero outing for SK than his 'Hero' ever was. This film is structured in a proper superhero origin template (ofcourse there were a few misses). 💯😯

Where Maaveeran stands apart is, it didn't feel like watching a superhero but watching a commoner with a supernatural power. (Simbu in Maanaadu, to cite an example) 🦸

The first half of Madonne Ashwin's Maaveeran, which spans for a solid 90 mins, alone in itself was worth the ticket. 👏🏻Solid entertainment all the way even if the latter half is super convenient and rushed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Telling such a wafer thin and fantasy plot so engagingly amidst clocking it close to three hours is no mean feat. On the downside, the climax was abrupt and poorly done. 😕 Definitely it could have been improved or modified. The predictability is another shortcoming as the movie hardly packs any surprise.👍🏻

Overall Maaveeran won big in my book! Might go again for that terrific first half alone! 🙌🏻💥

The biggest and the major reason for anyone to watch this movie is Vadivelu. For an actor who made us laugh for the past 3-4 decades, Vadivelu makes us empathize and feel for him in the movie. From simple dialogues to expressions to looks, Vadivelu owns the movie right royally. 💯

The first half has all the things we've been expecting from Mari, moreover, the interval ended with the banger. 💥 Aftermath, Mari took some commercial space for granted.

As a ideologist Mari Selvaraj had conveyed through emotion angle but as a movie it's a big letdown..! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Even though it is not impactful in the way it was picturized, there is no other way better to end the story rather than this old-school method.

Vadivel and Fahad are two dragons who simply stole the show. Udhay was good and Keerthy did her part well. ❤️

Songs and BGM from ARR were good and more than suffice for the movie but I cannot stop wondering if SaNa would have provided a more effective score for the film. 🥺🚶

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹, PP > Karnan > Mamannan, which turns out to be Average outing from team. 👍🏻

𝗣𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘇𝗵𝗶𝗹 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯)

Ufff, what a gripping storyline and screenplay after a very long time. Bravo. 👏🏻 Once again a slightly lower budget movie strikes good this year in tamil. 💯

Love the characterization of Sarath Kumar, an unorthodox grumpy cop finds his own way of untying some vague knots with the assistance of Ashok Selvan, the budding cop who takes some untimely braveness to finish off the psychopath at the climax. 👌🏻

Murder mystery is one of the go to genres for debutants or newbies but very few have won the hearts of the people 'cause the screenplay and story should be unique, focused and offer something new. Por Thozhil screenplay is as focused as any investigative thriller can be while throwing light on a neglected aspect of the society. I mean the story starts the very first frame and there's absolutely no hindrance in the form of romance or songs throughout the runtime.

The casting of the negative characters are perfect who sends shiver down the spine in some sequences. 😲 The music from Jake Bejoy seems to be heavily influenced by Ratsasan works of Ghibran, the resemblance is undeniable. Hook, bait, & deceptions are placed neatly. The tension that was built paved way for deceptions. 💥

Adding to that, showing cops are humans is a rate category in mainstream film writing. 👊🏻

In short, Por Thozhil is 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁 that demands a big screen watch. ❤️

It's called "Kuleshov Effect" when two different scenes are shown at the same time, giving the images a new meaning. Mostly this technique is used in film editing.

Now our Meme Creators are using it a lot. The picture I attached that I saw and felt recently and gave me a new understanding.

Whatever you are expecting for the VFX, Its worse. Much worse- Adhipuruah level s**t. CGI Babies. CGI Supermans. Everywhere you look this rubbery CGIS will haunt you for eternity. 🤦🏻‍♂️😒

As for as the overall movie goes, it's mid at best. Something was always off. The awe factor was missing in all the action sequences. 🥺❤️

When I came out of theatre this things are going through my mind - what's the purpose of all this? Why did i watch it? Is it worth going for the movie just for two laughs and an emotional scene. And more importantly how is this any conclusion for the previous movies. 💔

I didn't regret watching it. But FLASH is ultimately a pointless movie that you forget as soon as you come out of theatre and nothing more. 🚶

Just before all this, Kathir tries to end his life but something makes him fail. That's no one but his life's fairy (Anitha). As he reaches the beach, he watches him walking with Anitha. All their memories flash before him. He turns around and finds her sitting there. Kathir rushes to her. Every word from there is beautifully painful.

Anitha: Don't try su***de. If God has left you here, there must be a reason. Why do you want to erase all our memories by ending your life?

She leaves but promises to be there around him always, "I will come back."

I feel I just saw a sports movie..

Not just an ipl tournaument, but the culmination of my teenage idolizing this man and watching him winning with his Top Top leadership skills.

It was a like fairy tale ending that only happen in movies. In a world that cruelly reminds you that your dreams might fade away, this victory, seeing him raise that trophy, makes me believe that impossible is still possible.

I am not sure i will be invested in a sportsman like this again.

Good Night is a mollywood-esque flick that that takes up a simple knot and presents a memorable movie with so much heart. ❤️

Usually, it's the Kerala film industry that comes up with a movie based on the simplest of and even the silliest of the storylines. Kudos to director Vinayak Chandrasekaran. 👏

Manikandan as the lead was good with a certain anger with a despair for good and happiness in his life. Ramesh Thilak plays the role of the second hero who gets ample opportunity to score. The chemistry between the both was splendid. This is one of the movies if not the only movie where the heroine is a pure introvert.

The first half has ample hilarious moments which were presented in a lively manner. However, the second half lulls a bit and starts to become repetitive as the narration continues to reinstate the problem hero has than to move on to the solution. In the end, film sends us with a bright smile when the curtain falls. 🙌🏻

He's a very innocent and selfless guy. In the novel, he saves Vanthiyadevan's life, gets caught by Pazhuvettaraiyar men for doing so and sent to jail.

He loves Poonguzhali, and when she rejects him by saying that she wants to marry a king, he never hates her. Even though he knew that Poonguzhali had a crush on Arunmozhi, he didn't become jealous, but still helped Arunmozhi when he was sick.

For all the help he did, he never expected anything back. He always wanted to live a simple and peaceful life. Finally Poonguzhali also understands and falls in love with him.

And then an amazing twist is revealed that he is Sembiyan Maadevi's son, and the rightful heir to the throne. Arunmozhi gives the crown to the most selfless good man in the Chozha kingdom and hail him as the king, and people become very happy about it. That's how Sendhan Amudhan became the great Uthama Chozhan in the novel.

But in the film, Maniratnam made Madhuranthagan as the king and named him as Uthama Chozhan. He is the most disgusting character in the novel, a coward, a traitor who started the war. But Maniratnam changed him like Nambiyaar who thirunthifies in the climax and then becomes the king.

A selfless character like you deserved an epic ending, சேந்தன் அமுதன் ❤️

I guess it was 2012, never admired on anyone like that. It started with a fleeting glance, a moment that led me to dance, within my heart a spark was lit, and I knew I couldn't quit. My love for chubby girl started then with a cute little girl on television who were singing in a reality show.

Later in 2014, I still remember the first time meeting a girl who is almost my everything (not my girlfriend). She had a heart of gold, a sharp mind, and an unwavering spirit. She caught my eye with her radiant smile and infectious laughter with her Chubby cheeks. It was not just her witty personality that captivated me, but her curves as well.

Now skip to 2019, In Kerala, where I've been for couple of months. A girl from nearest hostel who wait at the bus stop which was straight opposite to my window. Her smile can fills the room and lifts the air. She made my heart skip and do backflips. Her ample form was a thing of beauty. Her chubbiness was a comfort to me then, and her curves were like a warm embrace that I couldn't resist.

Fast forward to 2023, I'm Chubby now! 🤣
