Have you ever felt really sick to the point where you feel life has no meaning to you? That nothing someone did or say matters or interest you anymore? Well, I know a good number of you can relate.

That's why . Take your health seriously no matter the time it will cost you. Otherwise your health will take you seriously! And that money you've been chasing you'll have to invest back to your health. And when you don't get better or your health starts deteriorating, then nothing in life will matter to you anymore.

Sometimes the best way to add to your life, is not actually by adding to it, but by SUBTRACTING! You need to learn to cut people off from your your life to be better and grow.

Look, not everyone that smiles in your face is actually happy for you, not everyone you call FRIEND is actually your friend, STOP being loyal to the wrong people, you're not in a 'circle', you're in a cage! EVERYBODY AIN'T YOUR FRIEND!!!

REAL FRIENDS are not those who CELEBRATE with you, but the ones that are willing to STAND BY you when things goes wrong!

HOW TO COMBAT HEART PROBLEMS EFFECTIVELY!

GARLIC - garlic's been used for centuries to boost heart health as well as other things. It helps lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and inflammation. This combined effect can help decrease the risk of both heart attacks and strokes."

Omega-3 Fatty Acids - consumption of omega-3 fatty acids, commonly found in fish, is linked to lower blood pressure, better blood lipid profiles, including lower triglycerides, and a reduced risk of death from heart disease.

Magnesium and Potassium - consuming foods rich in these Could really have be of great help. You can also consider taking supplements containing these compounds.

Green Tea - to be completely honest with you green tea is something everyone should be taking right now because of its numerous health benefits I.e digestion, weightloss, cancer, stroke diabetes and much more, and the treatment of heart diseases is definitely not excluded! Take green tea as often as you can!

TO SUCCESSFULLY COMBAT OR PREVENT ANY FORM OF HEART DISEASE YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO CONSIDER A COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CHANGE!

Attain a healthy weight because being overweight or having obesity can increase your risk for heart disease. This is mostly because they are linked to other heart disease risk factors, including high blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Controlling your weight can lower these risks.

Eat a healthy diet. Try to limit saturated fats, foods high in sodium, and added sugars. Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. The DASH diet is an example of an eating plan that can help you to lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, two things that can lower your risk of heart disease.

Get regular exercise. Exercise has many benefits, including strengthening your heart and improving your circulation. It can also help you maintain a healthy weight and lower cholesterol and blood pressure. All of these can lower your risk of heart disease.

Limit alcohol. Alcohol is the root cause of most illnesses today. Drinking too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure. It also adds extra calories, which may cause weight gain. Both of those raise your risk of heart disease. Men should have no more than two alcoholic drinks per day, and women should not have more than one.

Don't smoke. Cigarette smoking raises your blood pressure and puts you at higher risk for heart attack and stroke. If you do not smoke, do not start. If you do smoke, quitting will lower your risk for heart disease. You can talk with your health care provider for help in finding the best way for you to quit.

Make sure that you get enough sleep. If you don't get enough sleep, you raise your risk of high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes. Those three things can raise your risk for heart disease. Most adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per

Manage stress - Stress is linked to heart disease in many ways. It can raise your blood pressure. Extreme stress can be a "trigger" for a heart attack. Also, some common ways of coping with stress, such as overeating, heavy drinking, and smoking, are bad for your heart. Some ways to help manage your stress include exercise, listening to music, focusing on something calm or peaceful, and meditating.

Please Manage your diabetes! Having diabetes doubles your risk of diabetic heart disease. That is because over time, high blood sugar from diabetes can damage your blood vessels and the nerves that control your heart and blood vessels. So, it is important to get tested for diabetes, and if you have it, to keep it under control.

10 WARNING SIGNS OF HEART PROBLEM!

1. CHEST DISCOMFORT: if you feel like you have a heavy heart, like someone dropped something heavy on your chest or you feel a burning sensation or pain. This may be a warning sign of heart problem.

2. Feeling like vomiting(nausea), stomach pain and indigestion.

3. Also like that picture indicates if you feel pain that spreads out to your arm (left part of your body), that's a serious sign!

4. If you feel dizzy/like you want to faint, if you suddenly feel unsteady and you also have chest discomfort or shortness of breath, call a doctor right away.

It could mean your blood pressure has dropped because your heart isn't able to pump the way it should.

5. Throat/jaw pain: if you feel pain or pressure in the center of your chest that spreads up into your throat or jaw, although this is not related to the heart, it could be a sign of a heart attack.

6. If you feel tired often even when you haven't done much, unexplained weakness, beware!

7. Unusual Snoring: unusually loud snoring that sounds like you're gasping or choking can be a sign of sleep apnea.

8. Also sweating for no good reason or having cough that doesn't seem to end maybe some of the warning signs of heart failure!

9. If your legs, feet, and ankles are swollen, this could be a sign that your heart doesn’t pump blood as effectively as it should, causing bloating. This indicates heart failure.

10. Lastly, it's okay to have irregular heart beats when you run, feel excited or nervous. Otherwise if you experience irregular heartbeats regularly ... PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!
